Ambient & relaxing!!!
Excellent stay, fantastic views of the lake and the town! Spacious rooms equipped with all the luxurious facilities, rooftop swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff, great location, plenty of designated carpark space - a memorable stay with my family!!

Phone number of the hotel was not reachable, WiFi connectivity limited, banquet and sports facilities were unavailable, a-la carte dinner should have been served in the restaurant as well (not just room service)

All in all, a great stay!!

I really enjoyed my 4 days stay at sunotel. Room size is huge. View from room is spectacular. Garden is good with friendly duckies and rabbits.
Food is delicious. Breakfast spread is more than enough with live counter of pan cake and dosa. Due to lack of occupancy they served us al-a-carte instead of buffet for dinner. We found that setting better than that of buffet. Restaurant staff is super friendly. I would like specially mention Ranjan and Sourav. They served my family really well.
View from swimming pool is awesome.
Few cons -
Parking is bit difficult due to steep slope.
Less activities. Kids play area would be really nice addition.
WiFi not worked for us.

Overall wonderful experience, hotel is situated at best location, view from balcony was awesome, staff was very polite and friendly specially Receptionist Ms. Dipit, she hs some amazing photographic skills, she clicked many photos for us. food ws also good..

Best n Perfect place to stay in Saputara.Superb location wth beautiful view (lake,cable car n sunset)from resort rooms.
Very friendly n helpful staff, Booking was done by sonia n she was very helpful did everything hassle free.All desk staff members made us feel at home .Food spread was also 👌. Due to Diwali we were given complimentary hi tea .Just requires few minor changes in menu n Taste. Spacious n clean rooms ,housekeeping staff did their job very well .Garden was well maintained wth playing amenities for kids n adults both. Birds n ducks in garden were so pretty n cute. Main attraction was their swimming pool on 10th floor. Beautiful view wth blue water very peaceful n calm place .A request to resort management to hv facility of heater in t pool as t water is always cool n we cn nt enter t pool to njoy swimming. We clicked lot of pics at different places in t resort which made our trip memorable. Indoor games should be kept for all as we cn play n njoy our vacation. 1 day they had arranged candle light Dinner for all guests wth live music n singing. Other day we njoyed playing garba. Nxt day we were touched by performance of local people adivasi dance. Stay was superb n will surely visit again.
Will surely recommend to my friends n fmly members to stay here in Saputara.

Worst property ever I stayed in my life where you didn't get service after you spending money like more than 6k. There is no wifi working, no TV working, no indoor games, no food quality maintained and no one over there to resolve that. I stayed with my wife for one night and it was not value for money as I spent. It looks like good property but no service and if there is no service it doesn't mean to stay over there.

Very beautiful n clean hotel. View from hotel is superb with nice kids friendly lawn. Breakfast veg buffet was ok. Food quality needs improvement. Overall very good hotel for family stay.

Serene location. Staff that goes above and beyond. Best food in the entire location and that is not an overstatement. Excellent cleanliness and hygiene in rooms, pool, restaurant, etc. Amenities are not available. Gym and spa are not available.
