Hotel Somnath Sagar

Overall stay was nice and comfortable. Only issue was the hotel location. Bit far from Temple and main market area. There was no food restaurant near by and had to go to Temple area (main market area) for food. Restaurant at this hotel was not operational. Staff was good and polite. If you have your own vehicle or ready to pay frequently for auto transport than only go for this hotel or else get another hotel near to Temple area. Hotel is nearly 1.5 - 2 KM from busstand and Temple area.

The hotel is decent. Me and my family travelled during the peak season of Deepawali and as expected there was crowd everywhere. we had to book this one at three fold price but that was due to the ocassion.
Avoid going in peak season and you can get this hotel in decent price.
Cleanliness was okay.
Hospitality was great.
I would like to special mention that we forgot some items after checkout and hotel staff took trouble to bring the stuff to Railway station. Highly impressed.
Only down side was that the internet was not working but that was not that impactful as we did not stay in hotel during the days

Location is the best part of this hotel. Overall good stay. Would recommend anyone who os travelling with family. Their opportunity area is taste of the food they serve. That need to be better. They provide auto / car service for sight seeing and their driver HARESH BHAI is awesome person. Would surely stay at same place next time as well.

Its good for staying 2 to 4 days in somnath. As its just 10 - 15mins to the temple. They provide nice comfortable single, double, triple and also quad (4) beds room which is a good thing. Nearer to that there are some restaurants which tastes good in food department. Also below Somnath Sagar there is a private restaurant where some of the dishes are good to go for food. You can have it there too. Everything is good its just the room service which needs to be updated to some extent only else it is also good to go.

Wi-Fi was just for name sake which was dissappointing. They didn't replace our allout liquid quoting they didn't have any even though it was not working and we had to suffer with mosquitos. Otherwise rooms were clean as it should be. They gave us early checkin arrangements. Staff was polite. One thing I hated about the owner is he was shouting at one of his workers since almost 30mins for not doing register work, disturbing the environment. Ambience is quite smelly of fish because of the fisheries. But stay was nice. Staff service was Ok. You can go for this place.

Overall decent stay, 4km from temple and beach. I booked impromptu and got decent deal considering holiday season. Approach road is just okay. Safe parking and decent restaurant as well.

Situated on the way of somnath. But public transportation not available easily. At night it seems fearfully as there are no crowd or many people. Hotel rooms are small and bathroom toilet was not proper cleaned. Hotel staff are young aged boys. Locks of the door also not good. Overall not in good ranking according to me. I think it should be the last option to stay.

Worst ever experience I got from the reception corner of hotel SOMNATH SAGAR, Somnath. I had fully paid booking for 2 days through Make my trip and a cofirmed extention for third night by email conntact. Alse, I had to left my room suddenly at an odd hour after a stay of 21hours against full payment for TWO DAYS.
