A small property with compact rooms which are maintained well. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms are nothing less than a 5* property. Reduced a star as the room which I have stayed was very compact. The biggest USP is location, right next to Kailash cony metro. Staffs are well behaved and courteous.

Excellent service in general. I really enjoy the bed size and the bathroom was very complete. I just stay 3 nights and I felt very comfortable. Good service and very tastfull breakfast. For me the only problem was the Masala Chai (I don't recommend). Nice experience, good job guys!

If you choose south Delhi then this is the place to be. Location is just perfect with metro connectivity at 50 mtrs from the place and major locations in south are all nearby incase you decide to travel by road. Service is very good. Courteous staff. Didn't try food here so can't comment on that. Rest all good.

We stayed @ Home@37 for two weeks while looking for a flat to rent. Our room was clean with tasteful decor and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a surprising range of options everyday. We thank the staff and owner for making us feel at home during a stressful time. We highly recommend this place!

It’s well located budget hotel and decently priced. Their rooms and also bathrooms are clean. Also breakfast buffet is delicious and sumptuous. Their food choices are limited and the best is Stuffed Paratha with Pickle and Curd. Rooms could be very cold in winters.

Very good hotel for the price they offer.
Metro is just 100 mts away. Very nicely maintained room. Bathroom is also well maintained. Lighting is superb.

Morning complementary breakfast is amazingly good.

Staff are very polite. I will come back here for sure.

If you want a nice and peaceful stay in south delhi, go for it 👍

I stayed here for an extended stay and loved it here. The rooms were generous in size, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms clean and the staff very helpful. Each room has an air purifier which was fantastic when the air was bad. The breakfast was good and options changed everyday. Very close to Kailash Colony metro, easy to get around and also easy to get autos or Ubers etc. Neighbourhood is very nice and is quiet at night. Good food and drink options close by in Kailash Colony market. I have no complaints and felt very much at home here.

Stayed for 2 weeks and had a fantastic experience. Room was clean, large and had an air purifier to cope with the air quality. Water pressure was good.

Staff were great - can't rate them highly enough. Breakfast was nice every day and had rotating specials options of both local and Western food.

Location is right next to Kalaish Colony metro and walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Quiet at night as the street is blocked off to the main road.

Will stay again. Highly recommended.
