If anything lower than 1 is possible..i would have given that. Though my room was prebooked with complete amount paid... They refused to provide a room stating there are no rooms available... This is the worst thing that a tourer/traveller can expect.... That too when travelling with luggage.. THEY DIDNOT EVEN HAVE THE BARE MINIMUM DECENCY TO KEEP THE GUEST INFORMED...
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE YO ANY ONE EVER.

Room was ok. paint was gone on the walls though. Bathroom was stinking. Bathroom door couldnt be locked properly (2nd pic). Window doors had cob webs. Set top box remote was not working. Room boy did not bother to provide another remote even after requesting for it. Food was given 1 hr after ordering.

The hotel is too deep inside the Tibetien colony in Delhi... Have to walk a lot from the auto to the room ... The AC was not functioning at all and in Delhi at 45+ temperature, one can't survive The washroom was clean and hot water was available.. The food was too oily but tasted good and had good quantity too

Its mentioned on the Oyo app that this property accepts the local I'ds to but it happened with me two times that I booked it went there on the check in time and they denied that local I'ds are not acceptable. And When i showed them that on the oyo app it's acceptable they just said that it's wrongly mentioned. Staff was so rude they were not even interested in resolving the issue. Em in the process to get the refund for the booking. But a suggestion for you guys never book this one. They will not even treat you like a guest which they are supposed to. A BIG NO FOR THIS HOTEL.

This hotel is definitely dirty. If they can't give a service equal on their price... Adjust it!!!! Main reception, personal are helpful. Like the little boy to serve in restaurant. Very noisy on night... We stayed two nights and music on early morning was on.

Hard to reach by cab. And they didn't have anything except 2 things from their menu to serve us for dinner. We had to order online. And the guy who delivered our food didn't know how to reach is and asked is to get to the main road which you have to reach by going through a system of small roads or gallis.

It is reasonable hotel but not proper services provided. Food is too costly and only Tibetan food is available. Very few rooms have proper lights and other amenities.

Great guest house in majnu ka tilla, located close to the river. The stuff there are very welcoming, large size and clean rooms with option to ac and non ac rooms.
