The Park

I have been to many five star hotel, but this is my best experience so far. there is no doubt to their hospitality. the room are absolutely comfortable and clean. the bed was very relax and comfortable. It's in the center of city. House keeping staff was very good.

My stay at the Park Hotel New Delhi was totally unpleasant. It started with the airport pick up. Airport transfer was part of the booking. But the hotel car did not look for me at the airport and left with some other guest who arrived with the same flight. I had to wait extra one and half hour at the outside of the airport, standing for the hotel car to come back again to pick me. With frustration, I was ready to complain when I reached the hotel that night at 11.30pm. But before I could do so, I witnessed another guest angrily came down to the reception and showed the pictures of his bed with many small bugs/trash on it. That poor gentle man was quite mad at them and shouting to the hotel staff as he had to come down at the middle of the night. I could see how he was feeling. But response from the hotel staff were not nice and they were not polite. I was even afraid as I thought there could be a small fight between them. What a welcome I got from that hotel.
The rest of my experience were not very good too. It is the worst five star hotel I have been stayed at New Delhi over the last six years. For the airport transfer for my return also, they arranged with a cheap and dirty taxi. The taxi driver was not wearing a mask and he was constantly coughing throughout the one hour drive to the airport. What a bad experience with that hotel till the end!

Really!! is this hotel a 5 star hotel ? More like 1 star i would say. I stayed here during my visit to Delhi.
Property - The moment i entered the property I was disappointed. The furniture in the reception is so old and used up that you will not feel like sitting on it. Its dirty !! All the rugs on the way to the room are dirty and during my visit the lift was not working. The rooms are so shabby and dirty. The towels, the bed sheet cover seems like they have been used for a decade. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the entire room had the feel of being so old and used up and not renovated for a long long time .
Staff - the lady at the reception was whispering to the other staff member to give me the smokers room even though I am not a smoker. She was telling him to spray the room so that I would not come to know that it's a smokers room . Such cheats !!! Also their service is so slow if you ask them to get a glass of water, u have to wait for 25 minutes to get it .
Food - I had breakfast there and it's below average. Everything tasted below average. Horrible food !
I gave one star only for the location of the hotel. Such a bad stay !!

The location was very good. It's in the centre of city. The hospitality was great. The rooms were spacious, very clean, toiletries were provided and everything was nice. Breakfast buffet could have been better, desert section was nice. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very helping. Specially Mr. Azaruddin(House Keeping).

The hospitality was great. The rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely well appointed with all the amenities one would want. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful, wifi fast and toiletries luxurious. Breakfast was comprehensive, well cooked and delicious with a choice of continental English or Indian dishes. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in the hotel or in the restaurants. All staff took pride in their work and were great. Highly recommend especially for a hotel in the heart of Delhi.

Stayed for 3 nights and my experience was wonderful. Great staff with quick room services and the rooms were made every morning.

The room does show sign of wear and tear on the floors but it’s not that big of a deal. Amenities were great and every appliance in the room worked.

Quality of breakfast was great with good dining experience and the best part was the location of this hotel, right in the middle of the city.

I’ve seen some negative reviews highlighting certain things not functioning or not being kept clean however for what you are getting with its prime location, I’m sure you can look past those negatives parts.

There is ample of scope for service.
Consumables like quality of toiletry items require review at this price range.

- Some staff were friendly, others not so much. It feels like everyone is always afraid that you are gonna eat and not pay for the buffet, so you get asked multiple times which room number are you, or what are you looking for. We felt some pressure by the staff to give tips for cleaning the rooms, which in my opinion is not acceptable.
- Gym has a decent size and variety of machines. They also offer a variety of SPA treatments.
- Breakfast is good, with a lot of variety. The room where the breakfast takes places is very nice, big and spaceous.
- Dinner buffet is very expensive and not worth it. You eat for half the price in nearby luxurious restaurants.
