Hotel BB Palace

Hotel BB Palace is a value for money Stay.Like other places it also has its own pros & cons.Pros: Hotel is located just few meters from Karol bagh Gurudwara. Also it is merely 15 min drive from New Delhi Railway station. Room tariff is also pocket friendly. They do accept Local IDs as well. Manager was polite and helpful.Cons: There was some smell all over the hotel. Elevator was out of service. Restaurant was under maintenance. Tap water spilling all over on the bathroom floor. Bed mattress was in its worst condition, coils were about pop out of mattress. No cutlery provided for food we ordered from outside.PS: Room Key Card gets deactivated if you travel anywhere 1 km away from Hotel. So do get it activated before heading to your room.Overall it's an average Hotel with good hardworking staff.

I am literally crying as I write this review because I can't sleep in this filthy room. The worst hotel ever. Only 1 staff is there, no restaurant, no help from staff, just never come near this hotel. No lift even. Filthy linen. Filthy bed. Lights are broken. My worst nightmare as I already paid on make my trip.

The condition of the rooms were so bad. I never experienced that bad hotel in my life. The food was also not good. It was stinking. And the hospitality was not good. There were no time management. It was a bad experience.

This hotel should be ban immediately

We stay here last night With my family as we were traveling from Amritsar

We found that we are the only family in that hotel rest all rooms are occupied for 2-3 hours only

We 3 different guests stay in a single room in a day
May be they were charging on hourly basis

But this is not the main issue
Th main issue i that the staff and receptionist is starring at us in a very bad way
And food quality is more worst then thella walas

Okay hotel to stay.
Room is nice, bathroom bad.
No proper cleaning sofa sheets were untidy. Old room
Plus lift was under work so had difficulties to go to room.
Manager is bad they have strick policy if early checkin than pay extra 500 ... So bad.
Even in foreign country they give early checkin if room is empty.
Bathroom was very bad.
Won't recommend.
If you have any day plan n just for Luggage than only book for stay not so good.
Staff was good they were helpful.
Service was bad. No water, No dental kit. Soap was also bad small kind.
Handwash was kept empty bottle.

This hotel is very nice, all the facilities to stay here are good and apart from this the quality of the food is very good I am very happy with the hospitality of bb palace

Bed Sheets are very dirty,I think they are not changing after guest checkout,Towels were used ones,Hotwater not coming,I was litterly crying for Hot water and waited upto 2 hours and then I got 1 bucket of water,No resturant,no one listen and try to help guest,I will never proposed to stay in this hotel at all.
I have very very unsatisfied experience in the hotel,I never suggest to stay in this hotel to any one.

I will give this place a zero star. I booked 2 rooms for 4 days at a cost of Rs20,000. The room condition were so bad that I had to check out after one day. Don’t believe on the pictures of the room while booking as the actual condition of the rooms were pathetic. Dirty washrooms, bedsheets, sofa and the list will keep on going. The hotel was unsanitary and due to the above reason I chose to check out after one day even though I knew that my money won’t be refunded.
