The Muse Sarovar Portico Kapashera, New Delhi

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days along with family (19/10, 20/10). We had booked 2 rooms with dinner and breakfast included. Rooms were spacious, had comfortable beds, neat & clean rest rooms and last but not the least, the overall ambience stood out. Check-in and Check-out was smooth and fast! What could improve is the food quality, options, and service in the restaurant. Dinner was below average, though it was a buffet we felt the same menu with some minor modifications served on both the days. They could work on the taste & quality. On the service front for a simple masala chai we had to wait for like eternity during our breakfast and finally had to leave the restaurant without having it. No courtesy of informing about the delay or sending it to our rooms, felt bit strange from a brand like Sarovar!
Other important point, this hotel is in the outskirts of Delhi close to the airport, so those who plan sightseeing visits should factor in the distance and the time taken. Takes roughly an hour to reach any major attractions.
In summary, my ratings as below.

This is my second stay with this sarovar property. I'm glad I checked in here because after a gruelling 15 hour flight a hassle free, comfortable stay was what I needed and that's what I got!
Let me explain : The hotel is located approximately 7 kilometers from the international airport so getting there was easy. Check in was smooth. Room rates were reasonable. I told them I'd check-out an hour late the next day and they accommodated my request with a smile.
The rooms are very well thought out. There is lighting for every area, even a special light for the coffee maker! You get to choose how much and in which area of the room you need light. The bathroom has almost all toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, body cream, a comb, hair and body shampoo. The only thing that's not available is a razor but there's a thoughtful note in the bathroom that should you require anything else than what's already provided, just call us and ask. Lovely! There's a safe, coffee maker, and then I'd like to mention adequately placed mirrors thoughtfully placed at the room entrance and in the room as well. Beds are comfortable and the linen is clean. There's a work table with a table lamp. There's adequate stationery to write those important details that come up suddenly when you're travelling. Temperature in the room is just right and the free wifi works just fine. There's a TV with cable but I didn't try that out. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. A lot of stuff was available. I had fresh watermelon juice, fresh fruits, cereal and an omelette. The only thing that I didn't like was the 'masala tea' that was served to almost all guests. When I objected they made tea as per my preference.
This hotel is an excellent choice. For the reasonable price I paid for my stay the value was simply amazing. These chaps know hospitality and I can't recommend them enough.

Beautifully clean and modern. Eventhough out of the city, its closeness to the airport was great. Buffet breakfast was better than average and their is a lovely foyer plus lots of seating downstairs near the pool table. Unit rooms are cosy with fresh white linen and functioning a/c.

Very nice neat and clean hotel as well as room. Room was of proper size and very comfortable with all the required amenities. Buffet lunch was decent but was not with much choices though the taste was good. Had a pleasent stay and overall a good experience. Stayed here as a Club Mahindra member through the partner hotel program.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. They mistreated my family, friends and me. Kept crying and bugging for 20-30 rupees. Mistreated the group while we had almost the full hotel booked out months in advance. The manager Nadeem is the worst at communicating and being clear. The rooms are fine as long as you are ready for arguments. Absolutely avoid🚨

For the price they charge, it's absolutely not worth it.
The rooms look pretty old and uncared. The furniture and other accessories in the room are absolutely worn out.
As for the food. I only tried the breakfast. The menu is very limited. They didn't even have chocolate milk. Basically. It's better to order in room service than opting the breakfast buffet. Or rather, just go out.
As for the staff...they are good.
But, you look at them and their dresses, you will not get a positive feeling. They need grooming (dressing up and looking fresh).
The reception lobby is poorly lit. You don't get a posh feeling at all.

It's a good place, can be much better. Just not worth the price.

Good hotel, clean nice rooms. A bit costly, but service is always good. It is located nearby the International Airport in Delhi, about 15 Minutes by Cab. No Public Transport or Metro nearby so you will have to Travel by Cabs or Auto rickshaws. Free Indian/ Continental breakfast for all guests, the spread is doable.

We stayed here for 3 nights from 31st to 3rd February. We had a great time. Breakfast and dinner were included and both were nice. The spread included South Indian, North Indian and English. Cleaning of the room happened daily and they replenished toiletries without us having to ask. Even though the exterior looks modest the interior is very beautifully decorated. The corridors are lined with lattice work. The room was spacious and had ample storage spaces. The staff were very courteous and professional. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
