I stayed here for 3 nights Their rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff is well trained. Location is good for those interested in mall shopping and high end restaurant food. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of variation in breakfast buffet. Same food daily. Little to no variation. Covered the basics so as a vegetarian I was satisfied. Food quality was too good. Worth paying hefty amounts

I have always admired ITC and Sheraton is just an amazing place to be. I went there for a lunch at Delhi Sheraton. The options of starters and deserts were good but it lacked main course variety. Taste and hygiene was great. Staff was very helpful. Overall its a good place.

I’ve been staying here for years, many times long stays. A few years ago the staff got a little throw pillow with my wife and my names embroidered on it. For no reason. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because during breakfast, it can be really busy and take 20 minutes to get a cup of hot water or 15 minutes for a coffee. Despite that, the breakfast buffet is wonderful and the restaurants are really good too.

I can say ITC do all efforts to make their clients comfortable by giving them conducive environment in all manners. It was very nice and decent staying in safe n clean environment.Rooms are awesome with all required accessories.Staff members are amicable and cooperative. They were ready to serve with utmost care. Really, it was a nice experience to stay there. 🙂

We stayed here upon arrival in Delhi after an overnight flight from Europe.
It is a very nice hotel and you can tell that the staff have been very well trained.
The rooms and common areas are well maintained and the food was good.
This is as nice as any Sheraton we have stayed in elsewhere in the world.
The only one complaint we had was that the pool was not heated. We were traveling with our 8 year old she was not able to enjoy the pool because the water was freezing.

Stayed for a few days and the experience was remarkable. The ambience, the place, the facilities, the staff everything was as would be expected from a hotel as renowned as this one. The rooms were nice and cozy. The feel was over all welcoming and warm, definitely look forward to coming back when in town. You won't go wrong in choosing to stay here. Ciao.

Stay was nice and comfortable, place is very luxurious and has a welcoming knack to it. The rooms are huge compared to my other hotel experience so befitting the price charged. The view is good and even better and night. Altogether a good experience would definitely recommend for people having flexible budget and look forward to coming back.
