Hotel Western Blu

Hotel is good only if you are opting for a suite. Their regular rooms are super small in size with no window making it a little suffocated (atleast to me). The service is excellent and the staff (specially Nitin) is really helpful. Guess what I got a free upgrade to a suite. The food is awesome, though the variety is a little less in the breakfast buffet. Overall an amazing experience.

I spent three days in this hotel to attend marriage. Amazing service given by staff, very cooperative. Snacks are very delicious as well as food.
Bartender is very nice n mind blowing person.
All the arrangements made fabulous by hotel staff.
A very neat n clean.
Cleaning staff continue working in every event.

We recently stayed at this property for two days and we had an amazing experience. It was a great experience from hotel lobby to room to restaurants all are very well designed. Reception staff has taken very well care of my family and always ready to serve and assist. From the doorman to room service to house keeping everyone was friendly and always ready to help.
Please ignore all the bad reviews. I will recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again. No complaints.

To be honest, food was good but they actually cheat people.
We had a family function along with one day stay but their in-room service is so slow, you need to actually order an hour before so that you get your food. We asked for milk for my little daughter, but they took 1 hour to actually get that, which was insane.
And for the function, they would say yes to everything before the party but they do not do anything at the time of function. They do not actually serve a lot of things that you added at the time of booking.
And when you actually ask about it, they say “are you complaining “
Their manager - Mr. Devender is a pathetic man, he has no experience or decency to handle customers.
I would suggest people not to trust to that man’s saying. He would never agree to what he actually admitted before your booking.
As an advice, please make sure to get everything recorded in written if you want to avoid the hassles in your function or during the stay.

The hotel was nice and clean but my only concern is that the rooms were very small and the hotel did not have enough items/fruits in the breakfast. otherwise the services were pretty fast and good

Loved the place. Good view from my room. Staff is sweet. Good connectivity to nearby party places.

They deserve to get 5 stars in all the field. Staff is very good and polite. Food is too yummy, they both have lot of varieties in veg and non - veg. And both the cuisine is too yumm. Best outlet in west delhi.

Nice hotels for small gathering upto 50. Service is good. All waiters are in good dress and behaviour is also good l. There are three floor basement ground and 1 St floor.

Food quality is fantastic. Problem in sitting arrengement. Furniture is good. Lift facility also available. Good ambience. But expensive.
