OYO 74527 Prime Residency

Worst experience for a hotel.
Oyo is really degrading its standards.
The room was not cleaned.
The table was covered with dust and the bed sheets were not even cleaned.. there were cobwebs all around the room. OYO charged me for AC room but when I was shown to my room the AC in it didn't work.
No response from the help desk upon complaining.
The washroom doors were defective
No hot water.
Unpresentable and non professional staff.
I could go on and on.
If you are looking for a decent place to stay in Delhi please don't opt for this hotel. 🙏

Pathetic support from Hotel. Booked it through Oyo and they disallowed me entry. I wasted my time, money and got frustrated in addition. Severe your tie up with Oyo if you don't accomodate Oyo customer, why trouble the customer.

This Residency situated in 100 feeta road Chhattarpur New Delhi and room conditions is not good here 👎.

Good hotel clean and safe

They don't give any soap not provide fresh tawal don't offer fresh drinking water bottle room also not so clean.

It was good, just the room were little smaller. The food and hospitality of staff is nice

You can stay here at just Rs999 per day in chattarpur, Near chattarpur Mandir.
Not so much facilities but still its a option to be in delhi for short notice.

Entry is a very steep stairs. You will have to lift the luggage your self. Awful experience.
