OYO 701203 Ar Comfort Residency

This is best room service since ever I see such a affordable prices. Absolutely nice,we are photographer and came from east Delhi in chhatarpur.

1 Room No ventilation You will die of suffocation if there is a power cut. No Mobile network once you are inside the room Wifi also does not work if you are inside the room. Toilet is horrible with broken seat. The Bucket is hard because of the salt content in the water. Tye cupboard is full of all dirty clothes .
Worst place to stay.

Location : the road to this so called hotel is. Literally a road via hell. Ola, Uber literally refuses to go. If you take a local auto ..make sure you dont have any spine or back peoblem... it will make it worse .

There is no board outside the building....over all NEVER NEVER NEVER
NEVER go to this place. Worst experience I ever had in my life .

it's a pleasure to stay with the hotel very supporting staff awesome service on this budget and place is very nice overall I stay 10 days here no problem no issue I love this place alot I wish to visit soon on my next office trip.

awesome stay very supporting staff i came late night the guys give me good service like late night tea and evrything best service not expected but they did a very good job

Room was pretty good but service were very poor Even they don't provide drinking water,you have to pay for it according to per bottle consumed 20/ltr. So I'll give it 2star rating
