Nature of receptionist is good ha bas thoda sa washroom me problem tha and thoda sa AC me otherwise all good koi disturbance nhi

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.
Room with durty bed sheet, no water in bathroom, ac not working, even no lock in bathroom to close from inside.
Rude staf and no one bother about the guest. You feel stuck in the hotel because you can not switch in other hotel mid night at 1.
I don't suggest any one to even think of this hotel because this is not hotel, it's even not a dharmshala. You feel sleeping on footh path on durty bed.
Worst....worst.....worst....worst.....worst

Very bad behavior and no any good facilities .
No towels
No soap
No clean water
Room door is also without handle and lock .
In toile gate no lock

Very bad experience of staying. ...Very dirty and hygienic washroom, very rude staff and late room service. ...🙁🙁

WRITING THIS REVIEW AFTER CHANGING THREE ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL. Each and every room is pathetic.

If there was a possibility to rate this hotel ZERO..i would have done that. One of the Worst places in Delhi to stay. Owner not bothered about anything, other than just making money. This hotel should be closed down. Owner should be ashamed of what kind of place he provides for even a family to stay. No water, toilets blocked, bad smell due to excessive seepage, commodes uncleaned after use by previous occupants, bathroom door doesn't close from inside, bedsheets having bad spots all over it, linen not changed after use by previous occupants, tea cup spots on the entire table, garbage kept at the entrance of reception itself. This hotel infact is a garbage, the owner is a garbage owner.

Hi This was the worst place to stay, the rooms had mold and the beds were dirty, that also includes the head rest, the sheets and the blankets that were given were stained. The toilet wasnt functioning, as it was broken and the loo was cracked, spewing out water all over the floor when flushed. The Television set was functioning, but no choice of channels, and just limited old channels that were subscribed like a million years ago. The staff wasn't good at all, and were half drunk at night. This was a total disaster, i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this place. i have totally regretted booking this hotel and would surely have paid a bit more and booked at a better place, this place isnt worth the cost and the patience. please anyone reading this, please do not book out here, its a complete disaster and this place should be shut down, its just a mockery towards the hotel and their licence should be taken away. i would surely love to get my refund for the amount paid, as this place isnt worth paying even Rs 100 for a night.

I have stayed around for 10 days in this hotel very good hospitality and especially receptionist Mahesh is genuine polite very generous guy complete secure for couples as I stay with my wife and they way Mahesh treated was so good I recommend this hotel

I stayed at hotel lazeez the staff was so polite and good mahesh the receptionist is so kind hearted guy i will recommend it for couple safe and secure and hospitality is too good
