One of the pathetic experiences I have ever had.. dunno how OYO finds these kind of hotels.. I booked this Hotel on MMT app.. and my arrival in Delhi was around midnight.. I tried calling the reception bt no one pickup.. finally I reached the hotel at 11pm and found the receptionist contact on the pillar next to the hotel.. that pathetic guy was such an A$$#@le that I just can't describe.. He denied me entry in the hotel just because he was sleeping and too lazy to open the door.. I kept trying his number but no one answered.. even tried seeking help from OYO.. and inturn the guy from Oyo said sir ur Booking was from MMT bt still we are trying to shift u to the nearest hotel.. and believe me.. all the OYO nearby were either under OYO sometime ago bt still uses the OYO hoarding or the receptionist were not up.. no matter how much I tried.. all the 24x7 Oyo in the region were literally closed tht time.. and no one responded.. I am finally writing this review after facing all this hoping.. if someone ever reads this review don't go for cheap OYO hotels.. and if not for OYO then at any cost plz avoid this one..

I book this by oyo app when I reached there they are deny to give the room after long discussion I call oyo customer care for refund my money or shift me in another hotel but they are unreached Yet I didn't get my money it's a service of oyo

Long stays not possible here. No ventilation anywhere in the entire building, not a single window anywhere. The building is new. a property dealer on the first floor, a gym at the second and OYO at the third floor. The gym owner locks the main gate from the outside. We ordered tea from Chaayos at 11pm and to our surprise, we found that we were locked up inside the building. There was no way anyone could go out even in the case of medical emergencies.
