Let me try to be brief-
1. Arrogant receptionist (morning shift). Also this guy deceived me by taking my phone on the pretext of doing some checkout formalities but then handed me the phone asking me to give them good rating on OYO and put some good comments.
2. Rooms might have insects
3. Flickering lights in the room
4. Unsealed water bottles being served!
5. Dirty bedsheets.

Stay if you need a bare minimum accommodation

Grand INN is completely safe place to visit..
Rooms and washroom are clean..
Only drawback is no food option available in the hotel but swiggy and zomato options are fully available..

Rude staff who have no sense of customer service and the rooms have dirty fittings in the washrooms. Centralised Air conditioning, so be prepared to adjust according to what temperature is set according to them.

Horrible unclean room with stained bedsheets and mattress. The bathroom was in the same terrible condition and the room was full of mosquitos. Not at all worth the price.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded Hotel..The rooms stink. They are not clean..The place is horrendous and disgusting..

The staff is very disgusting and and they are not accepting the check-in by the prices even we had paid the amount already which has been shown in Oyo aap they just want to earn extra.

This hotel denies check-in if anyone booked it from online.

I've booked and paid online but after reaching the hotel they denied check in.

1 star just for lower management and staffs, for their hard work to keep hotel clean and active and for their patience to tolerate senior staff nuisance.-4 for Sick minded senior staff and receptionist.All credit for reduced rating goes to two of the mid-age receptionist at the hotel. They seriously need to learn and educate themselves how to behave with the guests at their hotel. Especially the one who I believe is the caretaker or the owner of the hotel. He should learn not to be over smart all the time with guests.PROS: 1.Clean hallway,2. Oki food.CONS:1. Poor water quality.2. Poor drainage on top floors which leads to water leakage from ceiling of the room.3. Sick-minded senior staff. Who will pass comments on you whenever you'll go on reception or in hallway.4. Over-priced food, also not allowed to order from outside restaurants, you'll have to buy food from their partner restaurants. who will provide you even MRP products on double rates.5. Receptionist tries to snatch your phone from your hand to give 5-star ratings by themself, without your consent.My Experience:Booked hotel for one night stay with my colleague. default checking and checkout time: 12 P.M to. 11 A.M.Reached hotel at 1:30 PM.Room Allocated at 3 P.M.When asked about the delay in room allocation, instead of accepting his fault and poor organization structure, the receptionist started to blame us that if room was booked from 12PM you should have come at that time. And when we said as it is a prepaid booking room should be ready after 12 and should be allocated whenever we arrive after that. At that moment we realized how sick-minded he is. He started to pass comments on us and my colleague. After sometime when he realized that room will not be available soon, he tried to cancel our booking without a refund by asking our id proof apart from Adhar card as according to him adhaar card is not acceptable at his hotel, after that covid certificate and said if we don't have both vaccines done we are not allowed. I agree with his points but what was awkward that he didn't asked such things with other guests arriving along with us.After getting room, which was too tiny, we found that there is no water supply in the washroom. after an hour they started water outlets for our room.It was raining outside and the ceiling of our room was leaking. Fortunately not on our bed. And after realizing the condition of sick-minded senior staff and poor organization structure we decided not to tell them as it will create more fuss in the hotel and will only kill our time.We Booked one night stay with free breakfast. And upon asking for breakfast they said it is not include and they don't have any such booking, after showing them the invoice they agree to provide us breakfast.During the checkout, they again told us to pay bill for breakfast. And this time it was that mid aged seniors manager and he again started to pass comments on us and the arguments carried on for another 30 mins.Overall it was and unpleasant trip at that hotel and I would suggest you all not to book this hotel until and unless you have a lot of patience to tolerate those people at reception.
