Hotel Sun plaza

This place shared the exact same venue as Hotel Ivy. I believed the hotel owner operates both hotel brands concurrently at the same venue, just different brands to attract more customers.

What's my experience?

1. A few small cockroaches in the room. This is a big no no for me.

2. Hot water is not functioning well. Considering its winter when I visited, this is bad.

3. They initially offered me a room that is small, untidy and looks like it's hastily mopped. The floor is wet when they showed me the room! Unbelievable.

4. Most of the staff, other than the reception manager can't speak or understand English.

I don't recommend it to anyone.

scam: very bad hotel, if you can even call it a hotel. dirty toilet and bathroom, we weren't even sure if the sheets were fresh because we found other people's hair in bed. Regardless of what it costs, you can at least expect a clean toilet. also very rude staff. the phone at the reception is so loud that you can hear up to the 1st floor in the back all night long the phone rings every 5 minutes

Some of the better reviews, easy to recognize,are obviously fake.
The owner seems to be messing with hotel names like Ivy and Sun ,addresses and bookings.
Maybe the owner should consider to renovate the place and continue doing honest hotel business.

Very very very bad hotel .no water .no towel . Food is not proper . Food delivered after two hours . Sign board was not working .. bucket 🪣 mug all were dirty even bedsheets pillows too . No soap . Very pathetic pls dnt go ..

I booked this hotel through booking.com app during sep beginninf for nov 05 to nov 08 . With genious 2 status i got the total around 1200 rs for 3 nights. On the day 05 nov when i was on flight to delhi got a msg through the app that hotel guys has increased the price to double. I had no choice in the midnight but to stay in the hotel and pay the amount. Later i complained through the app on all this unprofessionslism. 2nd day i saw this hotel guys just cancel the booking even though i was stayong in the hotel . Its cancelation to show the booking.com to misguide that the guest is not staying tjere.
I believe this hotel is just a fraud and the manager inside is a goon.

Hotels location is good near to airport, rooms are spacious and under budget, food is good, staff is supportive, i have stayed for 12 days and did not had any issues.
Recommended to all.

Booked via booking app, and all the pics there were taken from Google, none of them show the reality. Location is fake. . Dirty place, holes in sheets and stains, it's also has multiple names. When wanted to write a review it's said booking was canceled by property, mine and a friend's of mine too. That's why there's no real reviews on Booking and only the fake ones. Complained to booking but now see that it's still there.
