OYO 75218 Hotel Mayur Plaza

worst experience faced today at this hotel..... they charged me extra money bcoz receptionist said that there is no offer and oyo app has been hacked and oyo's excutive are working on their app. they charged me parking fee which was free amenties. no tv remote available. no ac remote available. unhygiene washroom.... flush were not working. overall i felt that i wasted my money

receptionist man rudely behave and i do booking 491 rupee and hotel reception man ask 800 rupees and give room . and bathroom flush not working . tv is not working. water is not running proper in tanki and not santization in room and bike parking is not free he ask 30rupees i did not stay here

Scam. Denied online booking and asking for 1500rs for the filthy room.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD, THEY CHARGE HIGHER WHAT THEY COMMITTED WHILE MAKING THE BOOKING. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER AT THE RECEPTION. WHILE ENETERING THE RECEPTION, THEY CHARGED DOUBLE DURING THE CHECKIN TIME. EVEN WHEN CONTACTED ON TOLL FREE NUMBER NO RESPONSE WAS THERE.

Worst experience. I never seen before this type of hotel. Very bad service and rude behaviour of staff. They takes extra charges even I book before 2 days of visiting.

3 class service under Oyo hotel Hotel was saying I am not booking online customer. And abused word regards Oyo.

Worst room ever don't came this hotel.. Coz at that plce receptionist tell that mam we not following oyo rules nd he charged double.. Not according to oyo application

Very pathetic experience very very poor service in OYO. Stop using OYO booking application or direct call to customer care they are making fool to you. They ask for pay minimum amount for booking afterwards they are not responding ur calls. Also when we visited the hotel mayur palace in Delhi they are saying we have not getting any confirmation form OYO representative. And we have cancelled the agreement with OYO. Plz guys do not trust OYO hotels they are simply making fool to you. Not eligible for ½Star.
