Awesome Hospitality and friendly staff. Stayed here for 2 weeks and although far from home I enjoyed staying. I would definitely recommend everyone.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The rooms and toilets are not in condition for the stay even considering the price range that they offering. I would suggest checking the condition of the hotel rooms and toilets before booking. Bad experience. Too much price but not giving proper facilities.

I searched for the hotels near to Chandni Chowk and this came up with competitive pricing and I booked this for my 2 day stay with my family. I reached at around 9 am and asked the manager to provide me atleast 1 room for just relaxing, for which he asked me to pay ₹700 and as I had my family who came travelling from far, at first I requested for waiving off but he was adamant that room is vacant but can’t be given for free even for 2 hours before. Once I agreed to pay, he gave me 1 room whose condition was bad. Mattress spring was half broken and bathroom had water leakage.
After complaining the room was changed, yet the new room provided which they claimed to be the premium room was not at all premium. The toilet pan was broken and the washbasin was leaking. Bed was in a better condition, but there was ventilation problem. The second room which was provided was in a good condition. Bathroom toilet pan was good and bed was also in good condition. Both room had 2 sofa chairs with a table. Food which was provided was good apart from the breakfast. Experience was okay but hotel need a lot of interior changeovers. I will suggest the hotel owner to hire an interior architect, and the hotel will be in a much better shape with at least decent facilities for the guest. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as they show here.

Be aware! They will cancel your online booking if you won't show up till 2. Rooms are okay but rusty. Breakfast and staff is pretty good. Avoid if you can.. Nearby many hotels

Dirty, unclean rooms with bad service.
- Hair on the bedsheet (I suppose bedsheet was not even changed)
- Broken bathroom fittings
- Dirty black towels
Totally avoid!!!

Bedsheets were full of hair of last guest. Even after requesting them, they couldn't fix it . The room stinks a lot. There was no running hot water.

I just passed the night as I had no other option and changed my hotel next day early morning.

Family shouldn't plan to stay here.

Good rooms and afordable price . Service and staffs are almost good .one reception staff is not good other wise i will give five star .

Horrible experience. TV not working, Water trcles down when operated in the toilet, table top tinted glasses were broken , no night lamp. No value for money.
