Hotel Himalaya Park

Overall it was a nice experience. Hospitality is also great. They respond to you quickly. But rooms should be maintained in a more better way. washroom was also cleaned.
It has really a friendly , understanding, helping environment.

Ambience and location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are neat and clean and comfortable, AC was working fine. However didn't like the taste of the food ordered in room. Also felt the price of the food is on higher side in comparison to the quantity.

Located right on the highway, seems like this place had seen better days. Big business hotel, but not maintained at all. Dirty smelly rooms and unwashed linens. We had to check 3 rooms before accomodating for a least dirty one. Not hot water in bathroom, room service takes ages. A simple fresh lime soda took 40 minutes to arrive. Morning breakfast was limited to poha, also couldn't order anything else too. Could easily sense less than required staff.

For the first time I visited to this part of India and was bit confused about hotels and all,but found this hotel and it turned out to be one of the best hotels I have visited in last 4 to 5 Years and that too with less charges than others.

the room for single person was really small not like the picture and when i checked in the room it was full of dirt ,it seems like they didnt cleaned the room for 10 days even towel in the washroom was dirty because of outside pollution .and when i asked them to change my room they didnt even listened to that and made my room clean that also aftr 20 min i made the call. the food was fine in the hotel but my suggestion to them is that they should check the room and clean it before they ask guest to check in.

Staff behavior is soo nice. And soo helping good place in bhilai here to stay.

Hotel is really good. Good staff. Good cleanliness. Good spacious room with a big window. We stayed in an executive room. Washroom is also quite spacious and clean...

Overall a very good experience. Totally recommended!
