OYO 29843 Hotel Heaven

Dissapointed... they didnt use my wallet money even after insisting them, they were unable to provide me a bottle of water even after i asked them, and not even any room service.
First night on 10/5/2019 it was total black out, and they were unable to give backup supply,even they turned off ceiling fan and light.
On the day of checkout they turned off ac on 4 am.

Really bad experience staying at the hotel... No good facility for air conditioning as well as ac doesn't cools the small room... And the price is irrelevant to the rrom price shown on the oyo... But good room service... Not worth the money

Room and washroom were neat and clean,
Staff behaviour is well too; but the problem arises in price points, price is genuinely high as on comparison,charging more than 3 star hotels.

Best place for small parties and meetings.. Good food and best service

Bathroom needs proper maintenance... Water accumulation in sink & bathroom floor... And also Cleaning was not proper...

The worst room I ever experienced the bathroom were not clean the buckets was very dirty and all they did not even gave us geyser and television facilities they charge too high for everything food etc
All in all it's not a good hotel
I believe you can find a better hotel

Good food and gud services very impressed but ac 16℃ ac remote is not working

If you have to stay in Nehru Nagar East, Bhilai then it's ok else keep away.
