SPOT ON 41912 Spectrum Residency

i stay more than 10days over this place..and I would to thanks to oyo as well as to the Concern of this hotel..excellent Service by those Manpower especially Mis Meghna mr lition and Manager MR Rajib who made my everything on time 😊 really I'm very happy To be part of this hotel as customer.. Definitely I'm gonna share the same feedback with my friends..and family too 😊 keep it up Guys 🙏

Rs. Almost 2000 you will get free lunch free dinner free breakfast. And also a cup of tea in evening. If you want to go with your partner then nothing better than this you dont have to go out from your room. You will get everything. Thank you. But i just want to tell you bathrooms are little small.

I almost visited 15 to 20 times in last 17 months because of low cost of rooms.When I visited 13th of June 22,(horrible experience)Before arriving I called Ratul Sarkar (manager) and asked I will reach at 10 am is it ok? he said ok no problem.When I reached there, Chamak medhi(don't know who is he) said early checking was not available,If you want to check-in early, you will have to pay extra.If the extra money is not given then u will have leave at 12 o'clock.Is this your policy? Seriously?Then I said why did Manger told no issue if u come early.why u people are harrasing like this.then he was arguing and misbehaving with me and raising his voice in front of other staff.and also Those people write the room rent 1200 in advertisements and after reaching there they charge 1500.if you ask why is it so
they said that is old advertisement but real fact is this was one day old.(Who will go to make an argument with these people) and If you have thought of borrowing lunch, then let me tell you one thing.Those people will call you and spoil your mind by saying that sir you should have lunch early, we want empty plate for seriving for others. Poor management and poor customer service.Visited one thing for so many times because of low cost.

Check in denial, we booked a room through mmt, and when we reached their they denied us entry, plus by looks of the hotel it looks shabby, also no car parking

Can anyone plz give me the hotel manager number before 31st Dec 2022

The rooms are good, and the services are good. As it is in the heart of the market so you may not find privacy. It is good to stay in a business tour. Parking may not be available.

Poor service. The behaviour of the front office staff is very bad. Rude. Not worth it at all

Small rooms, non ac rooms are 1300, seriously??? Btw good place for couples
