We had a comfortable stay for a day at Guwahati Pan bazaar to visit Kamakhya Temple when I visited with my family members. We were a total of 12 pacs and everyone liked the service and rooms. The stay made us stay at this hotel for a business trip with my husband for about 8 days. I liked their service, and spacious rooms. Rooms were daily cleaned and the staff were really courteous and on point for service.
The only thing that was not satisfying was the restaurant charges. The quantity of the food was average, but the charges were way too high as compared to the dishes. The buffet breakfasts were also repetitive and not much enjoyable.
Overall a good stay.

The rooms are good, but a few problems cropped up. We had rented 3 rooms, in one room the AC wasn’t working. The next room the bathroom sink was clogged. Also the hot water wasn’t available on tap due to some maintenance issue. That is why rated 3 star. The food ordered was very tasty and good. Other than the above issues of water and convenience, the stay was pleasant.

Attended a party good food preparation but no one take care of Rotis in menu..good ambience good standards but team lacking to give services to Guest... Only reception team was prompt on service rest needs a boast.. All my best wishes... Rooms no idea sorry..

It was good to stay as I luv d room location. But no hot water early morning till 9 am after that I got luke warm water and at evening time no hot water. So I recommend stay when not enough winter. Room service is little bit slow smtimes, house keeping is good. Plz try keep lift working. I will give 4 star only for the room. Hope I will get d same room in my next stay...702.

The room was fine with clean linen but the bathroom was getting clogged. The drainage was very poor. Hotel service was horrible, everyone was confused. We ordered a combo and they charged us separately for each item. Then the ice cream we ordered has a horrible smell of other food items because everything was kept in the same freezer. Next morning the juice glasses were all dirty and then finally at the time of billing they charged us for a item from the bar which was never there (they removed it eventually) overall the stay was not that good and we would never stay here again or suggest this place to anyone.

I booked a room for 3 adults and 1 infant from an booking and when I came to check in to the hotel at midnight by 12 am, the receptionist was asking us to pay extra for extra bed, Even though my booking was paid for 3 adults, they were so rude and was not allowing to check in. We got insulted and harassed in Mayflower Hotel, Worst experience ever got from a hotel in our last 5 months All India Trip is from Assam. They treat the tourist like hell. And finally after 30 minutes of arguing, they gave us the room at 12.30 Am saying that Manager will come and talk to us. No professional staffs, they don't know hospitality, worst receptionist I have ever seen in my life.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The room was strictly okay but the service and amenities were despicable. They had put empty toiletries' bottles in the bathroom. And argued saying I was wrong when I informed them about it. The washbasin didn't have a drain cover on it, resulting in my ring to drop inside. The maintenance guy was provided after several hours and multiple calls to retrieve it. There was no mat in the bathroom. Took them 20 minutes to provide an extra roll of toilet paper and took them one hour and 4 calls to bring an extra blanket.
We left the hotel at 9 am to roam around. Came back at 3:30 PM and the room still hadn't been cleaned. Moreover, we had left specific instructions at the reception in the morning regarding housekeeping (put bathmat, replenish toiletries etc.) and they hadn't communicated this with the housekeeping team. The hotel management does not care in the least about your experience during the stay and will shift blame on each other instead of doing their job. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Had scheduled a business conference.....the re was absolutely no coordination amongst the staff at the hotel....security had no clue if there was a scheduled meet at the venue....staff at the reception look rather disinterested in their job....house
