It's quite good. Rooms are spacious n clean. Parking is okay n there is a big lawn for bonfire or playing. As for a lodge, it's the best u could probably find outside a sanctuary. The only downside is that it doesn't have TVs n food is a bit expensive for the quality. Good otherwise.

The lodge is situated just on the boundary of Manas National Park. The rooms have all amenities except television. The hotel has got a good kitchen. The staff is hard working and courteous. The Manager arranges for safari and elephant rides. Overall one can have a good time in this place.

Love the staff and the food. Rooms are pretty large , clean. Bathroom we're good too. Love the stay there. They even arranged for the Safari with very knowledgeable guide. Cozy place just outside the Manas National park

This rustic basic lodge exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The food all through our stay was exceptional. Local cuisine made with fresh produce sourced from the nearby farms. When we couldn't find a taxi, they arranged their Jeep to drop us off.

Very nice, old, good staffs, manager also very helpful. It is situated at the front of Manas natural park gate. The rooms are spacious, clean. The external atmosphere is also homely. Specially the food quality is excellent. Buffet lunch and dinner available, but costly. In cold season campfire arrangements done by the authorities.

All the three stars are for location and ambience. Basic & Budget. Right in front of the entrance gate. Big property facing lash green tea garden. Big rooms. Cleanliness & Comfort not satisfactory. Food very average. No amenities & the place needs thorough refurbishment. Still best option for location. First floor front rooms are preferred.

Extraordinary rates ordinary room. Rs 2000/- for double bed room with attached bathroom with geyser. No TV no AC no Wifi. Only 2 person allowed in one room. Open parking. Extraordinary rates for foods. Veg thali for ₹180 per person and ₹350 for chicken thali. No complementary breakfast or tea. Really need to upgrade it as per rates. Under repairing. Rates are not justify. For Safari 3hr ₹2500 jeep rent. Vehicle entry fees ₹300, per person₹100, camera₹100.

Good property but showing its age and definitely needs maintenance. Having large parking area. Rooms are big with all basic amenities. The best thing is its in the main gate of the manas national park. Staffs are helpful and take care of everything from arranging evening bonfires to your jeep safari. The food is simple and good. Everything is simple here but if you are looking for beyond the simplicity then go for other options.
