If you want to stay there get ready to pay extra ₹400-500. First they will show you lower prices on OYO and then they will charge you extra money at the time of check in. At that time I didn’t had any options so I had to pay extra. Even after paying ₹1400 you won’t get any soaps and shampoo in the bathroom. The bed sheet had so many stains. TV remote also didn’t work. You can get far better hotel rooms at this price.

Would have opted for a negative rating. Very unprofessional staff, bedsheets had stains, bathroom is below average. What stood out for me was the unprofessionalism. They ask for extra money while check in and if not paid will deny check in. When asked for bill, they deny giving bills for any money paid. At every point they'll point out, go find something else if you don't want here. Also this is at a remote place, so transferring any other place will be issue. Will recommend to get a better hotel, otherwise such professionalism will ruin your trip. Worst oyo experience

It was a very very bad experience….the hotel charged me extra 600 for early checkin whereas the policy says checkin charge should not exceed 30% of booking amount ( it should have been 300 for me ).Also tefused to give me the receipt.
Rooms were very dirty,there were guthka spits in the wall.
Support staff was rude.
Anytime we asked for tean and etc they say the kitchen is closed.
In short very bad experience.
For Airport bound guests dont stay here as it is lil bit inside from main road,there are other hotels too in the main road

Yesterday I have checked in throw Oyo but they charge extra payment at checkout time and additional they charge for open water bottle as 105 rupees. They argue very badly as I m from another place.. worst service. As My breakfast included in package but they charge.owner kindly review it. It's not good for hotel as you location in good place in guwahati.

The hotel is pathetic. Everything in the room was very poor. The TV didn't work properly and the room was too small. there was a geyser for hot water but it didn't work and they declined to provide hot water on request also. When i enquired with the front desk Assistant, he said none of the rooms had a functional geyser from where he could get me water to take bath.
Seriously avoid.

One of the worst hotal I have ever booked in guwahati. Person present in reception counter is very unprofessional, they even don't know how to speak to a guest. I have booked 1 room for two days with full payment but when I reach the hotel they demand extra 1300 rupees. When we speak to them that I have already paid the amount, they rudely told me that they can't give me the room and I have to search another hotel after my long journey. Location is also not suitable, it's too inside a village and mannerless hotel stuff. please do not book the hotel ever.

They charged Rs.600 extra which is not in any way understandable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was also good. Very close to the airport. Lunch was not available. Only breakfast and dinner was available on order.

They have charge me extra 1000 for two rooms. When i asked why they charged extra 1k they said minimum booking rate of each room is 1300. If i get to know this rates and all i never came to this hotel. But overall the room is ok ok but the Badsheet was little dirty. All the lights are properly working..
