We booked the banquet hall for my daughter's birthday party and per plate it costed 1260 rs . Their service was horrible, they didn't refill our food items which were finished and even if we told them to do that they will take an hour to refill it while, they should have refilled it when it was half empty. The food was also not good, first of all the roasted chicken was raw. I don't know why it is so costly even if everything was like that. I didn't expect that and I was also humiliated infront of our guests. I hope that y'all improve your service.

Clean and spacious rooms with excellent service. The staff is well-mannered and polite. A good experience overall. Value for money.

Stayed in Hotel for 2 days. Terrible location having filthy smell. No room view at all( Located within close buildings) Poor Service.( Demanded money for Water bottle that is complementry) Poor Food Quality. Denied Tea/Coffee in Breakfast Buffet (Can you imagine lack of such basic thing as tea coffee.) Staff is polite but I guess management doesn't give a hoot about the guests and their feedback. Overall Worst Experience ever. Not recommended for family or friends.

Hotel Kalyaniz is the best hotel in Guwahati, spacious rooms, AC, TV, Freeze everything is there. In morning, you also get breakfast that is really delicious.. from breakfast window, you will get to see natural beauty of Assam... Staff of hotel is very courteous and helpful, they are always ready to help customers. Overall 5 stars from my side. My 4 days stay in Hotel Kalyaniz has been nothing short of any heavenly experience..

We got twin bed while booking but on request immediately they gave us deluxe room. Hassle free stay. Every time we stayed there it's always a nice experience. Nice experience. Staffs are really nice.

This hotel is located on crowded areas of the city but perfect location for some local shopping. The rooms are of very good size including bathrooms which are huge as well. Service is good. There is a restaurant which has reasonable prices.
