Eagle Nest Home Stay

The rooms are spacious and the property has a well maintained garden. It is nearby to Borjhar Airport. You can literally see planes taking off. The restaurant is closed, at present it only provides breakfast. You have to order food online for lunch and dinner. This place is good for vacationing. Unfortunately due to my tight schedule, I forgot to take some nice pictures.

The homestay was very hospitable, Courteous, helpful and clean rooms, good well mantained lawn. the road to the Homestay from the main road is muddy n their waste management can be better. Plastics should be recycled not burned.

This homestay is very very good. For women, it is the safest option. The apartment is homely and secured. Excellent maintenance and room service.
I had an anazing experience in this homestay.
It can also be opted my candidates who have exams in ION DIGITAL ZONE Borjhar, it is only 3 km away and hence easy for commute.

Very good homestay in the budget. We ordered a king size room and literally got one.
The room was quite spacious with decent location. The caretakers were really warm welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also very filling and great taste. Their was an air-conditioner too.

The best part was Guwahati airport is 10 minutes from the homestay

The only con was difficulty in finding Uber or ola due to some ongoing strike but they helped finding the cab.
Overall, an exceptional stay and I would recommend anyone travelling to guwahati to stay in this beautiful place.

I stayed there for one night on 21.12.2022. The homestay is easily accessible and has a beautiful garden full of bonsai plants. The room I stayed in and the linen provided were very clean. The host Mr Bedanta and his father are very welcoming and nice. The two caretakers were very co-operating and helpful. The breakfast that I ordered was very nicely served. Overall a very affordable and safe place to stay.

Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cab drivers might be hesitant to pick you. The caretakers are helpful and the owner uncle is very friendly. Rooms are neat, linen is good, bathrooms are well maintained and garden is clean.

Standard single room Non AC. I had a great experience! Clean room with ample space, separate toilet, and all other essential amenities like towel, soap were provided. Have to mention the polite behaviour of the boys who took care of the homestay. Food was good too. Honestly was not expecting this! I am giving a 4 star rating as the price is slightly on the higher side.
