SPOT ON 73656 Hotel Gajraj

Never had such rediculous services in the hotel at night lights gone and no power backup and the hotel staff are trying to open the door from outside and looking inside the room via ventilator. Also the rooms are very hot and there is no window for air passing except a ventilator from where hotel staffs are looking inside the room at night. Rooms are dirty and staffs are illiterate I was willing to beat that staff who is looking inside the room at night such a bad hotel and owner is trying to charge high at any case at the time of checkout

Rooms were very dirty, not at all family friendly. We booked 2 double rooms. They gave us one triple room and one single room. No hot water, no bed sheets given, bathroom flash was not working. Very very bad experience. Also the porter's behaviour was very bad, like lena hai to lo nhi to jao. But we already paid on the app. And it was 12 at the night. So we were forced to stay as at that point we could not contact oyo for refunds. Also at the time of checking out they were asking for the mobile from which it was booked. After asking they said for giving reviews. So dont believe any positive reviews. And i will never believe any oyo reviews from now on.

The hotel is a 3rd grade hotel with no proper rooms and bathrooms. 3rd class. I don't need to explain...u better understand what I want to say. Smoking and drinking are going on openly. It's situated in a very narrow place with full of garbages on the road. The reception is on 1st floor. So you have to carry your luggage in stairs. It does not have any kind of lift facility. Very Very disgusting.

Oyo should be boycotted for this kind of cheating. We don't have any problem if you told us the truth about the rooms. But putting some luxurious rooms for attracting the travellers is a total shame. Don't get fooled by the pictures. I'm repeating. Don't get fooled. The condition of the room can be seen in the pictures. The manager himself told me that they don't have any rooms like that and the pictures are false. And one of the reasons is that the area is not somewhere I want to spend my night however I didn't face any problems, also there are not any restaurants to eat at nearby. A guy who will book this hotel by looking at these pictures will surely come back to write this kind of review for sure.

To this point, I've experienced so much fraud hotel do with customers, charges extra, provides shitty rooms, dirtier bathrooms that this was quite good actually great. They didn't demand extra money. Mattress was quite good compared to what I got earlier in another hotel even though they took extra money. Would check in again for sure...

The door of washroom was unlockable. The size of Washroom was very small. Quality of rooms were not upto the mark. I am little disappointed this time. I got a fraud call on 29th nov night to pay the entire money online. When I requested to pay on the spot, I received a message that my booking is cancelled. But in reality, it was a fraud call... I How the person got my oyo booking details... Well, the number from which I received the phone call is... 8377924507. .. Kindly do the needful if possible

The worst hotel ever. The Service was the very bad and the room and the bathroom were filthy.

And Most importantly I booked this hotel from OYO and when I was checking out, the manager asked my phone I didn't know why he was asking my phone, but with hesitation I gave my phone to him and he REVIEWED the Hotel HIMSELF.
Surprisingly I said why is he doing this in which he said that's what we does.
How can anyone be so fraudulent.

Horrible hotel. Not worth a single star. Photos speak for themselves. Pictures put up by the hotel are not at all true.
