Every journey is an adventure in itself. Although it is a little difficult to reach, but that's where the adventure is. And the surrounding is calm and cool away from the hustle of city life, which makes it a perfect getaway. Must visit

Good food, staff behavior is excellent, well trained and very professional. Liked The warm hosting of Bhuyan, bordoloi and the cook Daju.Rooms are clean and well maintained.
Food price is reasonable if you know to pick the right item.

Rooms are overpriced compared to other resorts and the facilities.

We stayed for 10 days and booked 4 rooms. The location is peaceful, staff is good and kind. But the food is way overpriced compared to what it was. The free breakfast is a scam because they only allow Rs 300 per room and anything more is chargable. We ended up paying everyday for breakfast because the prices were super high. The meal quantity for lunch and dinner is very less, for example, they charged a total of 2600 for pork for 6 people, charging us for 7 potions. Above all, the women caretaker/manager in charge was quite rude. Because there is very less network coverage in the premise, we couldn't complete some of payment for our stay, one of our guest from South Korea had to leave for the airport, the manager asked the security to close the gate and not let us out. Even though all our stuff was inside and a guest too. It was very disrespectful. Better hospitality and communication from the manager would have made the experience a little better. I would recommend not to stay at this place, even if you do, don't eat anything.

Even though the rooms were okay and the staffs were kind, ten days of stay turned into a very sour one. The female manager overcharged every meal and drink at a ridiculously high price. Also, in the morning of checking out, we need to send one guest to the airport earlier. The manager locked the gate and didn’t let us leave!!! So, you will likely find yourself locked in on your last day if you try to walk out of the hotel premise!!! I would strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. The manager ruins everything good about this hotel.

Although the location is nice and the staff is kind, the manager/caretaker is a horrible person that needs a lot of training in hospitality or simply needs to be fired. The manager has no manners and also misbehaved with the guests. She overall ruined our week long stay at this place and overall experience of being surrounded amidst the lush tea gardens.
I don't even want to start with the food rates at this place. The complimentary breakfast is basically a scam and has a Rs 300 limit per room which doesn't make sense and they end up hiking the food prices. The food is very basic home style food with hardly any options but the manager tried to reduce the food quantity to ridiculous amounts and increase serving quantities to increase the food bill. For the very basic services this place provides, the price is way overhyped. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
And, for those who still choose this place, be prepared to have no wifi, bad service and management, overpriced food scams, cold rooms with no heaters, TVs don't really work, and occasional leeches in the bathrooms. Also, the staff leaves by 10 pm, and god forbid you need anything post 10pm, you are on your own in an old tea bungalow with no phone network!

Do not eat anything here , Free Breakfast is a sham they charge you for everything , Ask for Menu if at all you go there, 2 pcs of bread toast is 100 bucks , An omlette is Rs 119 , Tea is 100 Rs , Free Breakfast is only for 300 Rs anything above you need to pay. There was a lady whose behaviour was comparable to thugs. Good place neat rooms and washroom and well maintained but the experience will sour when you are checking out stayed there for a night only.

Rooms are charged around 6-7 k which in any case should not have been more than 3k.

A well maintained resort with a beautifully manicured lawn and laid back atmosphere. The staff are polite and food is good. The location is a little difficult to find but as long as you have google maps, you are fine. Overall it is a great place to visit for the weekend.
