Patnem Beach Park

Awesome stay, feels like home.

pros:
1. location-near to patnem beach and palolem beach
2. flat-1bhk with big room and hall with sofa,dining and tv.furnished kitchen with utensils and fridge. 2 huge balcony's. other facility like swiming pool, children area, parking,security,lift all are available.
3. peace and quiet environment
4. next to the highway

cons:
1. cleanliness-swimming pool was very dirty and unusable,probably due to the monsoon

Amazing place to stay while you’re in South Goa. Palolem is just a 10 mins drive away while Patnem is at a walking distance. Also, the apartments are well maintained. They just lack on the breakfast side, so better to avoid opting for it!

The apartment is decent. but i can't say service is great ... no room service...no attention to the guest after check in ... many times i requested to clean my room and they r not even bothered. but anyway. other than that it was pleasant

The place is neatly maintained, has spacious hall and room, the Kitchen is all equipped with Fridge, Induction stove, utensils etc. Liked the property so much, however the pool here is not functional.

I stayed here with my family. Our stay was comfortable. cleanliness was good . kids enjoyed pool. Breakfast was good but there was no coffee. only tea was served in breakfast. If you are find of coffee you have to pay for it. Overall stay was good.

stayed here for 1n in 2 bhk apartment.rooms were neat and clean.truly home feeling.pls do not take breakfast as there r less times.swimming pool is 4 feet and can be accessed with proper swimming costume.patnem beach is 10 min walking distance.

Very good apartment for long stay. Very good staff. Less crowded beach is on walking distance.

Good apartment with well maintained pool. But the parking is not that great. Some places it is very narrow
