XEC Residency

One of the best place to stay in South Goa. Hotel is little out of the city but at the accessible location. Staff was very cooperative. I would like to thank Ibrahim specially to arrange the cake on behalf of me as I was traveling. I requested him and he bought it. I also want to thank Muzammil also who was also very cooperative and humble. Overall i enjoyed the stay though some facilities are not there but overall it was a great experience staying there.

Overall it was great experience. One of the best stay in South Goa closer to station. Staff was humble and friendly enough to go over and above to provide best service. Special thanks to Muzammil for being the saviour of our trip.

The arrangements was excellent and the reservation was done by Ibrahim & muzammil they are really good.everything was well maintained rooms are clean. Location was far from the city but is quite best place

Little bit inside from the main road but located at best place things are easily accessible. Staff is very helpful if u need anything they will surely helpful. If u r in Goa make sure rent a bike so that you can enjoy beauty of Goa.

Initially I booked the place just for a day but continued for next 4 consecutive days thats sufficient to explain my experience.
Room size, cleanliness, staff behaviour/cooperation and their kitchen everything was wonderful.

The Hospitality and staff services are too good.
Muzzambil, betty and maheed helped me alot in my Trip.
Rooms , environment here is neat with lots of plants.

Good stay but lift didn’t work for those 2 days.. and they do not have a full fledged kitchen. Even they order from some local restaurant if you order anything from them. However, swiggy and zomato has many options for food. Good isolated place far from traffic and you ll feel as a Goan resident when walking around the place. Overall a good place if you love calm and no disturbance

Spacious well-maintained clean rooms with good room service. The rooms have wifi and are high-tech with a luxurious vibe to it. Location of the hotel is away from the beaches in South Goa but it is a quiet, peaceful well-maintained property. The manager is friendly and helpful. They have delicious fresh Indian breakfast meals prepared. They also provide scooter renting service. Had a pleasant stay at this place.
