We had good experience with the service, the room hygiene, well trained staffs. Good hospitality.

They have a nice beautiful garden which leads to beach. They have a live performer who plays musical instruments everyday during dinner.

We had rooms near swimming pool nice experience. Strict on swimming rules.

We stayed in Deluxe room. It was a very good experience. Kind hosts & service, clean room with nice amenities like AC, hot bath tub, shower, comfy bed, coffee kettle. Swimming pool in hotel. 200 meter direct connecting walk towards baga beach. They served beautiful breakfast with variety of items. Ample parking. Very good for a reasonable cost of 4500 per night.

Rooms are not spacious at all. They claim to be a 'beach property' yet they don't have place to dry clothes. No place to hang towel or clothes in bathroom. Room was not cleaned despite of telling them to clean it. Furniture and the AC and other switches are very old and not in working condition. Value for money is zero. Zero ambience. Absolutely not recommended

Total value for money. Go for the Swiss cottages, they are definitely in a more exclusive area than other category. Service/staff very hospitable and accommodating of your requests. Music at breakfast quite unnecessary and the decor for the restaurant could be toned down a bit. Direct access to beach, about 200m walk.

Actually I was about to give 0 star but because the property exists and a very dear and close friend of mine had booked it, have given it 1 star but truly the experience was absolutely horrendous starting from the pathetic service with the food and the room service, the room was not clean and the hotel staff including the restaurant manager were extremely rude and uncooperative, the management staff just wanted to shirk responsibility & were eager to just blame the subordinate staff members, we stayed in the property as we just wanted to relax and have a nice time with we 3 friends having come together after almost 3 years coming from all 3 directions of the globe.
There can be shortcomings in food and beverage service but the fact that the staff were constantly arguing and misbehaving instead of accepting and acknowledging the problem was definitely appalling & left a bad taste in the mouth.
Goa has a zillion of hotels and a billion of tourists come every year and we somehow got the feeling that both the hotel staff and the management did not really care due to the sheer numbers that they receive every year from foreign countries, so let me be very categorical that will never recommend this property to any of my friends or colleagues from both Australia & New Zealand due to the utter rudeness of the staff towards its guests which is shocking in a tourist destination like Goa which thrives only on tourism, so thanks but no thanks, never ever again this property.

The resort is a good choice to go for if you are planning a leisure tour with family. The rooms are decent. They have a well maintained swimming pool with a nice backdrop. They have a jacuzzi next to the pool, but they weren't warming it up enough as the resort was fully booked and people wouldn't have come out of it.

The connection to the beach has a small public road intercepting it, but otherwise they have created a nice pathway to reach there. Unfortunately, the resort itself has no arrangements made for the guests on the beach but there are some nice shacks who have chimed in for making it a nice beach.

Their restaurant is nice, very nice staff and supportive. We have an infant for whom they would help us with custom dish.

We also got an upgrade on the suite during our visit upon request thanks to the staff and availability of rooms.

The hotel is in close proximity to party places like Titto's, Tibetan market, but one thing to consider is that a small patch of road is not well lit from the main road to the hotel during night time. However, it felt safe while we walked across those patches by foot.

Loved the stay here.. we stayed for 4 days .. and had an awesome experience.
All the main pubs are within walking distance, the beach is nearby.. the breakfast provided by the hotel is good.

Only few downside, one being bar in this resort gets closed by 11 pm, and getting parking spots when the resort is full.

It was a very pleasant stay for us friendly staff good rooms and food comfortable room nice pool and walkable distance from Baga beach you can literally walk anytime to and from the beach we came around 3-4 am very safe. One thing I would like to call out and which was the most negative point for me was the taxi stand which is right outside the hotel they will not let any other car or transport to come inside even the drivers from other app we booked we’re afraid of coming as they termed them as mafia and will break their car. I didn’t take their car because they were quoting anything like for 1km they’ll ask not less than 700-800 and peak season it goes way above their attitude is top peak
