very good accommodation. specially the receptionist is very helpful. just awesome 👌 experience. It's very closed to Calangute beach, Tito's lane and Baga beach. Best and price friendly hotel in Goa🥰love it.

I like this hotel very much, this hotel is very close to the beach around 10min by walking, I liked Arif bhai's service the most, he will help you a lot if you want to know anything about this place. In the end I will say that if you are planning to go to Goa with your family or friends and are thinking of which hotel to take, then you can definitely choose this hotel, it has very clean and big rooms with ac.

no wifi, no drinking water, amenities not working. Con they are. I've stayed at this place for 6 days. Rooms are nice and the location is good as well but no amenities are working fine. We have booked 1 bhk and 1 room and the toilet light was not working in one room and the other room has very low pressure on shower. Then the next day the owner requested to change the 1 bhk to a small room because he had made a booking for someone, as we've already stayed for 3 days so we changed it and went to another room, in that room the fridge was not working. At the time of check out he charged the amount for 1 bhk and the caretaker said for the price issue we needed to call the owner so we waited for 1 hr but the owner didn't pick the call. He never did that because we've been in contact for almost a week but at the time of check out he did such a cheap thing.

Awesome experience in this hotel... very budget friendly and the hotel staff guide you everything..it's very closed to Calangute beach and Baga beach. Love ❤️ this hotel.

The Rooms is very Big and clean .Room is located in city aria. I recommended all of you that please if you go goa then please stay here. Room is shown as picture.

there owner says that it's a homestay we don't provide bell boy service for luggage you have to carry your own and then he ask for 500 rs per PC for luggage which was horrible. on site it's Cleary mention that they provide bell boy service. no free water in the room only Paid bottles r available, fridge was not working.room was clean we stayed there for 4 hrs only.

Only good things about this hotel are- location and price. They dont provide bath towel, soap etc. Staffs are not cordial at all.

was good experience.... room was so comfy, feel like home. & centre of North goa I think so it was perfect location....
