Big thanks to the managing team at Crystal Goa & Special Thanks to Anil who was very helpful and loving. The stay couldn't have been more comfortable, awesome rooms and bathrooms, the common area and restaurants were the things I liked the most. The food was very tasty one must try the Aloo Paratha and Tea… Will surely come back again

The property is not so extravagant but decent enough. It is located near to Palolem and Patnem but parking your car might be an issue. Avoid this place if you don't have your personal vehicle/taxi round the clock specially during the monsoon season.
The only reason why this place deserves a 3 star is their service. I am being benevolent while giving 3 stars. There was no water in the morning and I couldn't find any person in the reception post 10 pm. The washrooms could have been in a better state. Definitely they need to look at their service.

This is a new hotel near Patnem Beach (1.5Km from Palolem).
The rooms were large and clean. They provide Netflix along with your stay.
Cafe Inn is inside the hotel run by the staff. You must try their cafe latte and cappuccino, that will surely wake you up on lazy mornings.
The staff is nice and helpful. I also had a North Indian food and it was quite good.
You can rent Activa from the hotel itself, it costs you INR 400/day.

Hotel is not on the beach front. We stayed here for 3 days and everyday there was no water after night till 9-9.30 in the morning. Despite our complaints nobody bothered to fix this issue. There was no service as such.. even the tea cups were not picked for 3 days. No housekeeping. Most of the shops on the patnem beach were closed, owing to the monsoon season i suppose.

Great value for the price. Clean rooms, clean bathroom with hot water shower, working AC and friendly staff. Location is right on Market Road about 5 min walk from the beach. South Goa has frequent (short) power outages- just something to be aware of.
Crystal has 4 locations in the area- make sure you confirm which location you reserved when booking. We had some confusion on arrival but the staff was kind and helped us get the rooms that we wanted.

This place is 100 m away from beach. I loved this place. Big and Spacious rooms. Their cafe also serves amazing foood❣️

CAFE is perfect, Rooms are clean.. Especially I thanks for CAFE staff “Saci”.. He is very good and helpful man.. We went 10 days to hotel’s cafe, he always smile and help to us, thanks :)
