Check-In : We reached the property at around 4 PM and was received by the staff. He has shown downstairs room, which we didn't like. On complaining to OYO we got room upstairs.
Minus Points : 1. Basin was leaking water. 2. Utensil Wash Basin sink was not clean.I had to clean it myself and found some food items there. 3. Floor was dusty. 4. TV Remote was not working and they didn't have replacement. 5. Some ants were entering the room through the glass Window Corners. 6. Security - Not too sure as anybody have open entry till the door, however the area seemed very safe. Plus Point :1. Staff was always there to help. 2. Area had a rustic village look, close to beach, laid back environment. 3. Didn't really have any major problem, its like staying home.
Tip to Owner : Just a little bit of professionalism from your end in terms of room maintenance/cleanliness would be really helpful Sir. Thanks for th hospitality.
Lastly, yes this property is recommended for a visit as the area will please you if you are from a big city.

Good place to stay but there are couple of things that can be improved. The location is not accessible to heavy vehicles except 2 wheelers.next is the water availability,this is a home stay and the water RO facility is there in the first floor.so ground floor guests has to go to 1st floor and no glasses are there.also this property will not be suitable for the families. Breakfast service is not available .they re tied up with pappi peth which I don't advise to get food from them.though it is near to the beach , the navigation on the Google is not proper. Mamun who is the care taker there assisted us.toiletries kit will be provided once one per day

Room and Service was good. Beehive was there on secind floor of hotel. Please be aware. If possible ask for change of rooms. Bee will not hurt you but bee are more attracted to light.

Poor manager! Irresponsible management. The contact person does not bother to.communicate their own hotel address to the new visitors in Goa. This is definitely going to.lead to.multiple cancellation for them. Don't book here if you are reaching early morning, else you will end up checking in somewhere else at higher costs.

Posting late review..went in d month of December...had hard time reaching the Oyo home..as mny are there.. customer care sucks..The only positive thing I want to mention is the local caretaker Momun ( hope I spelt it correctly)..in pic below was very helpful in everything..he went out of d way to help us for anything we asked for n made us comfortable..I request OYO to take notice of this n reward or recognised this guy..coz because of him we feel like coming to OYO again.

CRITICAL : fake ratings and reviews are input by the receptionist, he asked us to show the phone he needed some booking details and was trying to input reviews and rating on his own... which i believe he has been doing for other customers too.. when we caught him he got so offended and was like 'Jo karna hai karlo' 1. Room was dirty.. walls, floors, washroom, bed 2. No towel, water bottle, WiFi, mini fridger were provided 3. Lights and TV were also not working 4. chair & bed in room were of worst quality and in condition. 5. No hot water 6. Stair was filled with garbage dump 7. Not at all safe and secure for travelers
