Holiday Inn Goa Candolim, an IHG Hotel

Amazing hospitality; staff was kind and very helpful. From car parking to room service, the operations were effective and efficient. The rooms were clean without any odour. Breakfast was fresh with lot of variety. Hotel did a commendable job by keeping a lot of young professionals as a staff. Definitely worth of money!

Splendid plush property extending to the beach area. Beautiful location in South Goa surrounded by hills, sea and sand. The property is well maintained.

Villa rooms have sundecks in the backyard. Room size is also quite good.

Buffet is relishing especially continental dishes and desserts.
Live music arranged on special days to keep audience entertained.

The spa is a little expensive but good trained staff at service.

The beach restaurant is nice.

We had a great stay. Staff is courteous, helpful and service is quick. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable, the garden view is great as it overlooks a forest type area. Special shout out to Arshi for her courtesy to us and our son.

We loved our two nights stay very much, it was a splendid experience at Holiday Inn candolim.
The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast buffet was awesome.
All the staff were polite,helpful. Special thanks to Debashish for making us comfortable and other members like Aarshi, Arshad and another guy(who wears spects in the dinning area, sorry I forgot his name)were also very friendly and always ready to help. 5 star rating for their hospitality. Overall we enjoyed a lot during our stay. A big thanks to Holiday Inn.

Thanks to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay at your hotel. I was there for four days and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important.

Me and my friend's stay at the Hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were decently spacious, clean and the view outside the rooms were really picturesque. All the staff members were were courteous, cooperative, well mannered and ever smiling.Special regard to Mrs. Arshi who is the concerned personnel and manager of the Kitchen department.We will certainly like to visit again for making our experience memorable and unforgettable.

Horrible experience. The room was almost allotted after 4 hours of waiting in the reception lobby. We had booked 3 rooms not even 1 was made available on request to just freshen up after a hectic journey. The room service was terrible and delayed. We literally had to call at least thrice and wait for 30 45 minutes just to get towels. The service doesn't feel premium even though tou pay for one. I personally felt there was more partiality towards Indian/ native guest. The foreigners were attended more courteously then native. Horrible experience. Never book this in advance/ or pay full in advance. More better options available in the vicinity for better price and service.

It was good but not value for money, we booked premium room but it's access to premium room is not impressive, view from rooms are somewhat good but smell from outside environment spoils the luxury. Room service is not good, some times they forget to keep water bottles, sometimes forget to keep towel, also they don't place the refill kits like vanity kits, brush kit etc properly at place, it was just scattered not at its place.
Breakfast buffet is just ok.
Swimming pool is also small.
It's small property.
Will prefer holiday inn property in south Goa which is comparatively very nice.
For North Goa i will prefer other options
