Shalom Indus Residency - Hotels in North Goa

The rooms are neat and clean. I enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is completely north indian dishes. Also we will get a complementary dinner with a standard menu. The staff are very cooperative.

I stayed is hotel for three days... Rooms are not bad. Staffs are not that Much quality and foods are very poor and the breakfast also. We order some food at night it was too bad and the next day I got stomach pain also pls u guys prefer food from outside.make sure keep a hospitality staffs.

Only suggestion is to Improve house keeping of the rooms.

Recently we stayed 3 nights in this hotel... Very good experience.. Break fast and dinner are nice and good service. Reasonable price and excellent hospitality.. Recommend to all families and youngsters .

Rooms are very good, but the room service is very bad. Compulsory services are a daily routine, like a towel, room cleaning, and replacing bedsheets. But they were neglected. The owner is a good and polite person. Breakfast was also good but catering for lunch and dinner was not so good.

It's one of the good hotels in Goa offering a clean, decent sized pool. The food is also quite good and is just around 10 mins from Sinquerim beach. Owner's very friendly and the staff is courteous as well. Overall, a good place to stay (except the price for the room because that's pretty high).

I am ok with Rooms and food is average , but hotel atmosphere is not good . We face more torture with car parking . Very worst thing that I faced is that hotel management ... not at all good , their response is very very worst and they are very careless about our requirements and requests , managers are very harsh to us when we met them with any complaints . I recommend tourists from telugu speaking states , Pls thinkq before booking rooms here . My humble request for the owners please train your staff and managers to treat every one in same manner .

Unprofessional and unforthcoming management and grumpy and sulking staff! Not at all a pleasant stay. A Puddle for a pool. quality of food is better left unsaid. Misguided by the travel agent and misleading photographs.
