Godawful place. Cockroaches are everywhere. We shifted three rooms, and still cockroaches. The hot water apparently only came till the evening and some days, even the morning had no hot water. Plus, the pool was barely cleaned, only after asking, and the water was an unappetizing green.

Food items are very less. Quality is also bad. They just loot you everything. In the name of breakfast buffet, they will serve you only a small bowl of poha or Puri sbzi. That too only 4. Tea and coffee are also chargeable in buffet. Even very often they cut the wifi singnal. And the room and washroom is very dirty. Even they have very small pool where a family can enjoy and not whole tourist who booked the hotel. Not recommended at all.

As per the location and considering the pool option with good scenic views from balcony, it's good. The downside experience would be finding insects in the room and absence of warm water for bath.

Breakfast was free in our stay !! But they said we can order any one item that too only once !! We even confirmed before ordering the breakfast if we could order only one item but as many times as we need , that said we can do it ,but later they denied !! Price of one poori was also 20rs which is quite high .You should atleast allow guests to have food of their choice if you are providing free breakfast!! I even asked for room cleaning , nobody even bothers!! Service is really bad

The site is excellent but the owner has to take little efforts with respect to preventive maintenance of property! Besides, there is in a shortcoming of expert cook in the restaurant. The owner and the staff is cooperative. Anyway one can obviously enjoy the stay!!

Hotel Casa obrigado is quite away from beach . Need to walk 6 to 8 minutes.Rooms are good size and clean.Swimming pool is not that good as the depth is all over same , 5 feet which does allow people having less height and can not swim.The restaurant is costly but food is good. Mahesh and Lokesh are good people.Sai on reception is a nice person . BUT THE SERVICE IS LOUSY. I would say a average stay.

It was nice place to stay, comfortable room, A/C, wifi. Friendly staff and manager. Hotel is near to beach, just 5 min of heavy walk. Food quality is good as we had good breakfast here. Overall, nice place to stay

We the teachers of Adv Bapusaheb Bhonde High school Lonavla stayed here for 4 nighs. We were 80 teachers altogether. The hospitality, ambience and food was excellent. We had a merry time. Rohit Nageshkar the owner of the hotel was tooo good and with helping nature. He booked our Shack dinner, Cruze tickets and helped us in every way. Very prompt response was given for each and every query. Thanks a lot for making our stay memorable
