Swati Hotel

We stayed here for almost 3 nights. We were two girls. The rooms are so comfy, and clean. I really miss their cat. She made sure we were timely entertained. The hosts are so welcoming and kind. They even made sure to see us off in the taxi. The entire place is so peaceful and gives positive vibes. Will recommend this place to stay if you are going to Arambol.

Swati hotel was really a surprise .We were very happy to see a budget friendly clean and spacious room with a hot water kettle, sink and fridge . The staff is very warm and helpful. Ajay and his younger brother made our stay really comfortable . Lot of privacy and yet it's just a 2 min walk to the beach . Easily accessible.
Highly recommend .

We booked this hotel online but hotel staff cancelled our bookings at last moment. When we reached to the reception they told us that your bookings are cancelled and they didn’t even informed us about it. And no any apology from hotel staff for this incidence. They offered us the same room at double cost. I’ll recommend that if you are booking this hotel then don’t forget to call them before leaving you home.

Average room, view is not as shown but near to beach 100 mtr around. Very beautiful n peaceful experience at Arambol beach. Can consider as its cheap accommodation and you will pass most of the time at beach. Nearby a juice corner The Happy Banana. Very refreshing and pure juices available.

the hotel should have sign boards to direct guest from main gate to reception counter. the room was on 3rd floor with no elevator which can be an issue especially when you have senior citizens with you. however, the room was nice and clean and so was the washroom. balcony area was quite huge with decent sitting arrangement. sea view from the balcony are was superb. wish i had taken the sea facing room. the only disappointment was no room service available on call. i have to go all the way down to ground floor and ask at the reception. the television was not working but that was something not needed when you are at arambol.

We stayed here for 2 days in Deluxe triple bed room. The Room were really good and clean. Staffs are very helpful. Location is near beach. Just 5 min walking. The Market is just near by. We enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back.

I travelled with my friends for 2 days and happened to stay at Swati Hotel for 2 nights. Overall it was okish experience. The sitting area was very nice, hotel provided cutlery at any time in the night which is very well appreciated.

However, we felt it could've been nicer,
1. Preparing the rooms before tenants arrived. TV never worked, AC remotes weren't functioning. The waiting time to get anything done was very high.
2. Towels provided werent hygienic.
3. Wifi was never working.

The entrance will look shady but once you come to the centre it is wonderfully done. 500 m away from the beach and market is also nearby. They also serve good food with a reasonable price comparison to outside cafes. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner of the property stays on the ground floor and they are also very nice and sweet. The hotel is full with foreigners you will hardly find any Indian inside the hotel. I'll strongly recommend this stay.
