Abalone Resort

This Abalone resort is not at all worth to stay. I have recently visited this place with my family, through an agency. I would never stay in this place if it comes for free also. This resort looks like 30+ years old booth bungalow. Services are nill. The receptionist Prabat is very disrespectful for demanding room cleaning. They charge fully at the time of check-in and never care about you, if you ask for any service. There is no geyser in the bathroom. They brought 4-5 heaters and circulating for entire resort. If you want a heater you have to wait for someone to complete their heater work and give to you. They will promise to give breakfast but they will provide tea time snacks as breakfast (I meant that breakfast is brought from somewhere, who's evening snacks were leftover). You cannot expect the conditions of the rooms, they are as worst as possible. Even government dump yard is better than these rooms. I can't say more than these. If you don't want to spoil your mood then never ever try to go to Abalone resort.

Never book this property
Th reason is . I booked one night through make my trip and I got confirmation from property side ,when we reached the property they told no rooms available
There is a fool sitting infront office Named Prabhath he is rejecting not only ours but also for others . Never book this property . You don't get a person to connect rather than some useless fellows sitting in front

Very bad, dirty, ugly,etc.., resort never ever seen
Staff prabath was done his ph.d in cheating people he even couldn't provide drinking water he simply filled the kinley empty water bottle with bore water and given us to drink such a bad nd arrogant staff we never seen. Not a single services provided by them to as they mentioned in their website it's completely fraud resort don't go for it

I had booked a deluxe room for two days after checking the beautiful/edited picture on the website but when I visited, the reality was totally different.

Below is my experience:
1. Room was very scary, please refer to the attached few pictures.
2. Behavior of all the staff was very bad, everyone said, i joined this hotel a few days back. so I don't know.
3. I also pay in advance for breakfast, but what I get is 15 Rs. Poha only, which was very bad in taste and face, needs to throw it all to stray dogs.
4. In the night, there was no power for almost 4 hours on 14-Aug.
5. In the morning, there was no water till 11 AM on 15-Aug, not even a single water bottle was served to the room.

Very poor.. disgusting.. waste of money. Never go there by seeing this edited pics. Electricity was not there for 2 hrs. No power backups. Very rude and lazy staffs and manager. Can’t sit outside for a minute bcz of mosquitos. Bathroom and room was not clean. They don’t even provided the pillow and bedsheets. AC was not working properly . Don’t Go.

Worst ever experience. After experiencing here, now afraid to book hotels online. That too i booked through Fab hotels which I trusted more than every one else. Now i dont even look Fab website

We had stayed here for 5 days. Room service and quality is too poor.
Fan isn’t working, Ac isn’t working. Even you will get used water bottle.

Staff behaviour is not good. They have hired local people to run the hotel.

Don’t book for free also

Never book .very bad service .and we booked thru online and when we went there their was no room and the staffs behaved harshly and they dont have any mannerism . If you need a peaceful stay and dont want to spoil your vacation never go for this hotel
