Ginger, Panjim, Goa was my best ever hotel stay as a whole. I have stayed in J W Marriot, Dubai, which was my best stay before Ginger, but this experience was even better than that. This may be probably due to very helpful and friendly hotel staff. I had booked Breakfast and Dinner in my package. Food taste and quality was good, improvement can be in terms of variety. I was carrying an infant with me, and hotel staff was very helpful in managing him while we were having breakfast/ dinner. They took care of his daily hot milk needs, baby bottle cleaning etc. I was worried initially as it was my first trip since my son was born, but Goa trip happened beautifully and Ginger was one of the main reasons behind it.

Being a business hotel, the rooms are really small, but since I just stayed for one day, the hotel support team is good. The food on the buffet was cold but value for money. The comfort was the location since they are placed in proper commercial center closer to the place of my significance and meetings

This was the one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced till now. Lucky for me and my family were there for just one night. Upon arrival nobody helps you with the luggage even if we request them for senior citizens. The room given to us was stinking of sweat and had insects inside, the AC was not working and the washroom was not draining. They didn't even bother to check if the room was fit for service or not. When I enquired at the reception I was told they were fully booked and can't help me. Upon stern argument they gave us another room which was fine. The food was very bad to the limit we left the biryani we had ordered. The buffet spread was not that great too. Overall I had a very bad experience with this hotel.

Amazing hotel with very good staff! Specifically Devika id the sweetest and most helpful:)🫶🏼 Loved the vibes here… Ambience is the best here, spent a lot of time in the common lobby. The rooms are very comfortable as well Will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we visit goa again.

Had stayed here on multiple occasions in the last few years. It’s a nice small hotel in a very good location. Has some dedicated and sincere staff who try to do their best. Food is good but menu options are limited. Suggestions for improvement- 1) On many occasions I had long wait in the reception for check in / check out. Kind request for the management to have one or two more staff in the counter, with laptop, to attend to customers when it’s busy. It’s also unpleasant to witness some customers shouting at staff due to the long wait. 2) please make sure a cleaner frequently attend common toilet/ hand wash area near the reception as this area caters to the restaurant as well as to the other population. 3) Kindly consider the water taps in this common area used for hand wash to make touch free (sensor operated). While I have stayed at this property earlier also...as it has efficient service, convenience of location. However, during my current stay...Nov 28 to Dec 2...there is lot of building construction happening in the neighbourhood....there's lot of noise almost the entire day...6am to 11pm or so....apparently I was told by the front desk that all rooms have noise. You may want to avoid traveling until this noise goes away...check with the hotel before traveling. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay.

The Staff was very helpful, courteous and respectful. Thank you for making the stay pleasant and comfortable. The assistant Manager of the hotel Mr. Harsh Lilakar and the team are doing a good job. Keep it up!

I really loved the theme of the hotel. Staffs were so friendly. Room service was also good.Room was clean and 24/7 hot water supply.Suitable for couples and family. Also for girls who wanna explore Goa alone like me, this would be the safest place. They even arranged a car to pick me from aiport. They even arrange rental bikes and cars to go around places nearby. I took bike which cost ₹600 per day with petrol charges separate.One day is calculated based on this timing (9am to next day morning 9am).Even if you take the bike at 6pm in the eve it is calculated as one day 😤.Even for the hotel same policy. I checked in at afternoon but still had to pay full day price. So it would be good if they change this policy.Extending check out time is available but you have to inform in prior as well as have to pay extra.
Food here is okay only, neither good nor bad. Other than this every thing was good.They even have Gym and kids play area.
