Room ambiance, size, interior are excellent.
Service is very Good.
Over all Staff are very cooperative except Gate staff they are bit arrogant. Customers has to wait on gate many times. They also argue with Customers which is really very annoying. (Immediate Action should be taken to improve this)
Local taxi service of Hotel is also prompt and they are very helpful to Visitors.

Issue - In night limited menu is available which can be surely improve.

I have visited 2 time and my over all Experience is Excellent.

We stayed here for 2 days. Not worth wasting your time and money on. I wouldn't give 1 star also. The rooms are untidy. The balcony is worst with stains all over. Didn't even feel like being in room for an hour too. Very suffocating. There is no lift facility too. Water in washrooms being blocked had to wait for the water to clear for another person to take bath. AC wasn't working properly when asked them to check only then they cleared the filters. Pathetic.

The property is good, very close to Bagha beach, the rooms are big, staff is very courteous.
The rooms can be better maintained. Breakfast can be better managed by assigning tables to guests and attending them.

Worst staying experience i have ever had. The staff was impolite, shower drain was clogged, indolent room service and did not make the room even after being told twice, had to call thrice and wait for 45 mins for someone to arrive and help carry the luggage. Balcony was very dusty. Rooms are not worth the money you are paying. The food was great and the only thing that deserves more than 1 star.

Absolutely value for money. Managing 90 odd rooms is not an easy task so yes we had some issue during checking in as guest from wedding ceremony were checking out at the same time.

Room size is good enough. Breakfast was good too.

We did face a little chaos while check in since the hotel was booked for a wedding prior to our check in. But managing the guests for a wedding is highly commendable. No complaints for that chaos. The rooms are spacious. Staff is very polite, friendly and professional. Food is expensive, but you cannot even expect normal prices from a 5* property. We thoroughly enjoyed in the pool. It is very clean. Very nice experience overall.

I wouldn't refer it anyone it is definitely not worth the time or money you are paying. The service is very bad. I had to literally wait for more than an hr and had to make 6 calls to the reception and room service and what it is for is towels and the staff have a I don't care attitude which we often doesn't see in the hotels claiming they are 5star rated hotel only thing good is food and rooms are spacious.

The overall experience was good here. The service is a bit slow but not so much that it causes any issues.

Extremely spacious and clean rooms. Had a good time staying here.
