Nice room if you are just looking to stay for a day,
The room wasn't exactly well maintained, the lamp were in a broken state, There were only lamps in the room and no bright light. So if you want to read at night do it in low light.
Services:- TV was provided but was not working.
Hotel Restaurant was not operational, so ordering from swiggy zomato or going out were the only options.

Sea view Rooms are good with good lighting, AC works good, TV is not functioning since more than 2 years. bathrooms are not great but they are clean, There is no food service, in hotel as their kitchen is closed since more than 2 years, swimming pool, gym and other all facilities are closed from 1st lockdown, only 500 ml of drinking water bottle is provided if you want additional it will Be charged extra. Writing this as i stay in this hotel frequently, its bear to airports, and verna industrial Area. I hope hotel become fully functional. As business traveler we generally don't get chance enjoy hotel, even though facilities are in working condition😂.

Very bad experience. Room service and management is very very poor. Arrogant and mannerless staffs. Dingy rooms. Very bad conditions of rooms, no proper lighting, no essentials and toiletries were available. But everything apart the staffs and the receptionist behave as if you are staying there for free and treat you arrogantly. They had mentioned that they have restaurant service but it's not operational and their highlight about the pool, it's very dirty and unclean but do take the price for these so called facilities that are unavailable. Rooms don't have hot water either. If possible I'd rate this stay a negative 100!!!!!

The place has excellent rooms with comfortable beds and spacious washrooms. Although the food service wasn't functional in the place for some reason so you will have to search for it outside the hotel (you can find it at walking distance 200m). It is located in South Goa, few kms away from BITS, Pilani.

We checked in late night and couldn't sleep and checked out early morning. We had booked this as wanted a decent stay near airport and we had late night flight.

Location is perfect. It is exactly on the National Highway so for the people travelling by road this is the best option.
Selected a non AC room and it was big enough for 2 people.View from the balcony is really beautiful.
Abundant parking space is actually.On site restaurant was closed but there are plenty options just 200mtrs walking distance.

Thw property is well mantis definitely a decent stay if u wanna live close to the airport an go to a few beaches that r 15 to mins ride away . They didnt have a functioning restaurant but u can order good indian food from punjab dhaba which is like 150 mtrs away . Overall a very good experience the view from the top floor balconies r good . Definitely recommend value for money .
