Hospital is located after crossing Darjeeling Police Station.

I went there to travel but my son got food poisoning and I had to rush him to this hospital at 4:00 AM , there all the team helped me to make my son fit to travel within 11 hrs to NJP (4 hrs by car )and then to Kolkata (Howrah) by train (8 hrs).I am very very thankful to the Doctors and nurses and staff there , I could never say enough good for you and of course the Windchime Homestay family who also helped me. There was no lift I had to lift my baby in wheel chair to 4 th floor male ward and it was really steep. If anybody could post the picture of the steep slide here I would be grateful. These slide helped me realize my potential , what can a mother can do for his son in a very tough time. Thanks for everything DARJEELING. I LOVE YOU.

Date of 8th may my sister reached to hospital she is suffering from ear paining then they told that hospital is closed n same next day7th may again she went to hospital n again they told that doctor is not available come next day is this a hospital or what ? ther is no doctors in hospital it's really disposing things.we don't aspects this kind of sarvise from hospital

I'm sharing my experience in the hospital as two tourists taken immediately after an accident, which has caused more harm than good. Being Sunday only a few doctors were there who were also in a hurry to leave. We had come all the way from Kerala to Darjeeling. From there on our rental bike, we were going to Gangtok. We had an accident. My husband was unable to move, he was taken on a stretcher to the hospital. He expressed his discomfort to the doctors. He also had swelling on his left foot and injuries on his face. They asked us to get X-rays of his back, head, and leg from the hospital itself. I want to particularly point out this guy taking X-rays who I believe doesn't know what he is doing. He made him come twice because he forgot to take X-rays of his leg. Even then when the doctor came the next day he said the ankle was missing. All X-rays didn't show any fracture the doctor said and told us we can get discharged. We went back to Siliguri and took X-rays of the ankle for our sake and self-treated. Coming back to Kerala, a week later he was still feeling extreme pain in his back. We saw another doc here, and that is when we found out that they hadn't taken X-rays of the spine but only half of it. What followed that was such mental trauma for me and my husband. He had a severe unstable fracture on his spine bones and had to undergo major surgery to fix it as it almost touched the cord. These doctors in Darjeeling hospital are solely responsible for mistreating a patient who needed urgent medical attention. It was their negligence and incompetence that made us go through this situation. They assured us that we can travel back and in fact, they were hesitating to provide a wheelchair saying he can walk by himself.

My mom is liver problem and CECT fluid inside a stomach I was explain Dr and nurse but they are known.

I am local guys here and I am direct talk everyone..last month my mom is death in hospital.
Their is no toilet for patient party..
When I walk outside a hospital I see private hospital they collect 5 and 10 ruppess for urine and toilet..
It's a shameless department..

If you don't know how to used cannula then practice everyday...
All sister are trainer..
They have no idea how stand sennior citizen . Oxygen rate I call Dr oxygen is not flow inside a patients.

This is completely misleading! There is NO hospital at this particular location. We had an emergency in the middle of the night. We followed Google Map and landed in the middle of Fancy Market!
The main hospital is approx. 400 meters away from this location. It is near the Darjeeling Motor Stand and Sadar Police Station.
