Parkview Super Speciality Hospital

Have been defrauded by this hospital for a Covid test report. Beware they are giving reports which are not as per acceptable standards for travelling anywhere India or abroad. I needed a Covid test report for my International flights and went to this hospital as they are ICMR enlisted Truenat test facility. Some countries require Truenat RTPCR test and Parkview is an enlisted lab entity with ICMR. Different labs do RTPCR by different ICMR approved test methods (TrueNat CBNAAT , MNAT etc). The reason for choosing the hospital was because other common labs like Apollo, Dr.Lal, SRL etc were not providing the exact test required by the foreign country PHO and this was only Pvt hospital near to my place. Wherever you do the tests, specimen ID and test report would be linked to your ID and mobile no. and the report should be verifiable by a link with ICMR records. See attached ICMR form. All your past test reports are also saved in a central database with Govt. Told their reception staff that I needed the report for my flights and to place my PP No. in report. At the time of collecting report, found that their test report doesn't have ICMR validation link/QR code causing high suspicion. When asked to clarify, their reception and lab staff started giving various excuses. Lab staff handed over their phone to talk to someone from senior management - she said you have 2 doses of vaccine, so there won't be any problem (!@#?). Asked them to send the report soft copy by email and update the sample record with ICMR which they refused. They couldn't do this as they had given a fake report (probably a RAT test). The issue was not that they gave a fake report and stolen the fees ₹1200. I was going to have far reaching consequences if the report could not be validated abroad. Tried calling them repeatedly from Airport and explained the issue but understood they are trying to hide something reg test procedure and reporting protocol. My flights had to be rescheduled by office to get clarifications on this. Finally did another test with a different lab on next day. Have reported this fraud with ICMR, NABL and MOHFW. Hospital management haven't replied to my emails yet.

Edit after 2 months: I posted this review from Airport after a lot of harassment calling the hospital staff and waiting to secure a clarification from the hospital. Hospital management never bothered to reply. Somehow I managed to get another test done from another lab so didn't have to cancel my assignment. Other than this test report, I do not have any other experience at this hospital. So this experience is only related to the hospital management and lab experience alone and not related to the doctors and patient care matters.

I am very happy with the behavior I had received from the doctors nurses and the hospital staff. Dr. Kushal nag is really amazing, he is genius, and he is so kind to his patient. The nurses are very polite and helpful, they never be impatient when you ask them for help. You should come here .

I have been under treatment in this hospital for 3 years now. The service here is very good. And my favorite doctor isDr Shilpa Bartia.Thank you so much mam , without you I'm nothing.

There may be some mixed opinions about the quality of treatment and service rendered by the hospital, but it is highly individual and depends on the type of service received. My wife is currently undergoing treatment in this hospital under the supervision of Dr. Pradeep Kumar Mondal and is stable. It is to be noted that due to some non-cooperation during the course of treatment I had to go elsewhere and subsequently the treatment was resumed here on the assurance of the authorities.
It is pertinent to note that now Hospital authorities are looking into the matter with due diligence and Dr. Shilpa Bharatiya is personally taking care of the entire matter. So it is not difficult to say that they are proactive in improving the quality of service and are not inclined to repeat previous errors. In the Oncology Department, Ms. Sumita performs her duty with utmost skill. The operations manager keeps a constructive liaison with patient parties. All in all, the services of this hospital are quite advanced and committed to improve in the days to come.

My wife's delivery was completed in an emergency situation under Dr Avishek Bhadra at this hospital. Although a bit expensive, the services provided was excellent. Behaviour of all the staffs starting from security guard to billing personnel everyone was good. Caring of nurses were also very attentive. Room and food was good too. I will definitely recommend this hospital.

Got to know about this place from Dr. V K Bhartiya himself. Got admitted here, got operated and today is my discharge. The experience is totally great. Nothing to tell about the Doctors, they are great. The nursing staffs and housekeeping staffs are very helpful and prompt about their actions.

You all are too good.Beahaviours are very good..I must appreciate all the support from your end..From day one patient (my mother) got all the support from every one like house keeping,nurse,nutritionist,physiotherapist etc .In future if any critical case happen in our family I will call 1st to parkview .I will also recomend parkview to my friends and family members..
