Worst hospital ever with worst doctors and worst services.
If you want your loved ones to be killed then you can admit them here. It's better you avoid this hospital. I had a worst experience and lost a loved one because of their utter negligence and they are just after money. They will charge a hefty amount but will never tell you about their incapabilities Or their lack of knowledge of certain areas. Doctors will fool you but not for once they will tell that you should take your patient to somewhere else as this is a complicated case. They just play with everyone's life, feelings and they are the worst kind of human beings ever possible. We as common people put lot of trust into doctors but everything has now become a business. Please be careful and be aware of these kind of hospitals wherever you go. Go through the background of the doctors, reviews of the hospital and everything before taking a decision.

Never ever go to this hospital. Have charged Rs 2 lakh twenty five thousand for 3 days, patient too died. Really disgusting.

If any person going first time to this hospital from Siliguri junction. Firstly take auto or toto for howrah petrol pump and then take auto or toto for paramount hospital in case if they leave u on road then u have to go by foot around 300m stright and u will get hospital left side of the road. Fare 10 rupees/person for each ride. I find management is quite good.

Never ever go to this hospital. I took my kid on 16/12/22 when she was sick. Dr adv for admission. OMG the medical staffs 7/8 in numbers came to fix the channel for a saline and asked all of us to go out of the room including myself. My kid is just 2 yrs 8 months. They physically abuse my baby. I somehow manage to come out of this hospital. I have the pic of her injury in hand. All staffs are rude and medically untrained.

Excellent facility. Spacious and comfortable for elders. I've been bringing my grandparents here for annual checkups for more than a decade. Overall process can be made more efficient and staff are friendly and quick to help!

If you want to save your loved ones, never think of paramount hospital as an option.
I have multiple reasons to tell you how worst this hospital is and trust me on this.
I have lost my grandmother this month because of the negligent service they provided in the name of treatment.
It was just packmaker surgery, which turned into blood sepsis, pneumonia, low blood count, increase in urea,huge bed sores and many more ,the incompetent, careless behavior of the hospital has cost me a lot.
1.It's definitely a money making machine.
2.cannot rely on lab reports as they just showed two different blood group of same person on two different days.
3. Nurse are not well trained not hygienic.
4. Even if you pays bills for the pharmacy the nurses will take cotton from the back side of the used cotton of some other patients.
5. The water bottle they use for patients are used coco cola bottles.
.6 They asked us to take the patient home directly from an ICU after 15 days.
7. Some of the doctors are so arrogant, rude and unprofessional. As Only thing they say is no chance for survival.
I have reasons to hate this organization they are just running a business here.
I hope good health to the ones reading this right now I hope you don't have to face these things, please go to a better hospitalhospital.
