A Hospital with good facilities.Well qualified doctors are available.

The counter staff's at the reception are not so friendly.Their attitude is not good.They needs to be educated by the management to give quality services to the patients.

Very good hospital with excellent doctors. Staff were polite. In-house canteen also provided good quality food. Treatment cost is extremely low as compared to other comparable hospitals. Very crowded & busy with high wait times & queues during in-patient hours however this most likely might ease up with the expansion of newer floors which is currently underway.

I would like to start by thanking Dr. Binu Govind for being the dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate doctor . He always went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to make sure that our children gets the best care. Iam forever grateful to the NICU staff and it’s because of this special group of people I like to call miracle workers, today our babies are healthy and safe. Their comfort and kindness reminded me that our babies are in good hands. I can always say that the our children will always be safe here. No amount of thankyous will be enough for the doctor and his team. You may just be doing your job but you touched our lives. Thankyou for being our children’s miracle workers. After shifting to the ward, the 5th floor staff involved were also very cooperative and helpful.
The reception staff was our first point of contact, they made sure my navigation through the hospital was smooth and hassle free.
The only complaints I have is with the billing department, one of the staffs behaviour was not all cooperative and also the feeding room in the ground floor was not well equipped, there was no proper supply of water and even the fans were not working.
Rest, I would recommend this hospital to everyone who is looking for best care and treatment. Iam glad I chose this hospital.

An amazing, supportive and very grounded doctor... u can rely on her completely... pre delivery n post delivery..she had always been best at her approach...even in the operation theatre, when I was panicking, she cared like a guardian to me. If you want to have a best experience in pregnancy, she is the right doctor & this is the right hospital I can recommend to everyone.

Very good hospital with good staffing patterns, polite nature towards patients and homely ambience. Dr Sreelakshmy is a very good doctor and especially the OPD nurses. I was admitted for laproscopy and had a good experience all together. Feeling much better now, Dr Cyriac thank you for operating me

I have never seen such a worst unhygienic hospital canteen. Admitted patients depend on the hospital canteen for the food. The canteen provides the worst quality food. They serve the previous day remains, by just steaming it. By having those foods it causes serious health problems to the patients as well as the bystanders. Also they don't clean the canteen. I have attached the pic of the washbasin of the canteen. Just look how dirty it is, by looking at it no one would like to have food. I suggest to improve the quality of the food they serve. The hospital should look at this problem seriously. They have a very big infra at least they should spend some amount in improving the canteen facilities. Have to wait a whole day for just a consultation. The doctors don't care about the patient's time. The hospital is money minded.
