Good facilities and very affordable charges. Everything is very systematic - right from admission to discharge. Canteen is efficient and food is delivered to room punctually. Neat and hygienic. Room is cleaned everyday, bedsheets changed alternately. Staff is polite. Environment is quiet and green. The experience is a refreshing change from what I have seen in Mumbai.

Most of all well equipped hospital, all the doctors and surgeons are available, Hospital staffs are also helpful, security and parking area are well maintained with service personals. Canteen and food service also available here all are very well maintained. Must book prior for OP checkup with doctors.

Service is very bad. Staff was extremely terrible.. The neurologist Jithu Nath was at operation theatre the same time out patient ticket issued to us and we have to wait a long time to consult him. Don't come to this hospital if you are old .. This hospital is not customer friendly.. Our experience was very bad.. You will get better treatment in Government hospital..

very bad patient service and behaviour in pharmacy.The doctor didn't mention the dosage of antibiotics and the pharmacy staffs are decided that.It is the violation of rights of medication administration.

I personally had a very good experience at the hospital for my pregnancy and delivery and later they took good care of my little baby. Dr Deepa Balakrishnan the gynecologist and her team was very supportive and made my delivery happy and smooth experience ( and they did their best to deliver me normaly).

On a later basis when my newborn had issues with neonatal jaundice Dr Jayachandran was of great support guided us with the right medical support. I strongly recommend this hospital for gynecologist and pediatrician. If you are looking for a budget friendly hospital for your delivery this is the best place.

Very bad experience. Cleaning is not okay. The cleaning staff does not know how to behave. the nurses are useless they didn't show any attention to the patient. The doctor refers to another doctor and shows all the doctors in the same hospital. there are many staff without any training. Don't go there if you want to live.

This hospital was once a very famous for its facility. Treatment of snake byte. This hospital has doctors for neuro, nephrology, orthopaedic, cardiology etc. But this hospital has now become money oriented that people dont prefer this hospital. When my mom went to consult cardiologist he said to do angiogram. For a second opinion we cunsulted DR Karunadas and he said there is nothing to worry.
