Believers Church Medical College Hospital

An excellent health care facility with expert doctors in all the departments. All doctors and nurses are very friendly and cordial which is satisfying for not only the patients but also the bystanders.This hospital provides a wonderful ambience ensuring the comfort of the patients. No one here would ever feel to be in an hospital but rather a feel of five star hotel. The in-room service is also excellent. Hygiene is the top priority here. The staff are always ready to attend to every need of us during our stay in the hospital. Overall it provides a very professional service. Although the parking facility is not up to the mark it can be tolerated.

I will give ZERO rating for this hospital based on my experience. 1st priority of the hospital should have the best team of doctors. Doctors should speak in a better way and convey the actual position of the patient to the relatives. You may see so many junior doctors and house surgeons roaming around, of no use. Senior doctors are very difficult to reach especially on holidays.

Overall good atmosphere and services. But, the only problem is that they will not discharge you until they attain their financial Aim. In the beginning, the administration was keen about the patient's health only. But now it's going behind money. So, before proceeding please verify if you have enough bank balance.

Awesome campus and the infrastructure is too good. They have well maintained hostels, two canteens, one inside and one outside. The food was tasty. The op block itself is attractive, I thought it was something else. They even have sports room, one dedicated to table tennis which I saw directly. The campus is mind blowing, the walkways and the ambience everything is just perfect.

Very bad hospital i ever visited, I will give ZERO rating for this hospital based on my experience.Very poor dealing with patients and bystanders. doctors does not care about patients and they see patients as money minting machines. Today morning we requested them to discharge patient and give discharge summary, But from morning till late they delayed it with many excuses and at last gave me a huge bill,
don't know why these much syringes are required for very less time

By mistake If you lie down, you will be charged for that too. Please note that you have more than enough bank balance before proceeding to Believers Hospital.🙏🙏🙏🙏

Growing medical College hospital in Tiruvalla. Huge space. Lots of people but none to guide you.. My personal experience in pediatrics is that the Dr. Himself called the patient and there is no nurse there to assist him. After consulting the Dr. we have to wander where to find the pharmacy and all. No was there to guide. The Dr. was very helpful. The Dr. Said we have to take the medicine and wait there for sometime and then go. As I have some confusion I decided to visit the Dr. again . When I went there the room was locked and no one was there in the area. We went there around 04:00 p.m.

Good hospital with great doctors and health specialists, almost all insurance companies are accepted here. Great parking with lot of securities even very good cafeteria with lot of food varieties and even a 24hours Cafe on the 1st floor, there are three ATM inside the hospital and lot of Mobil charging points, rooms are quite expensive but ward is very clean and comfortable.

I work at this hospital and my entire family receives medical treatment there, as the quality of care and consultation is excellent. If I may comment on the academic side, all senior consultants are friendly, approachable, and willing to offer assistance. This is regardless of whether you are a nurse, a medical student, or a paramedical student.
