One of the busy streets of Trichy city. This place is located near Chatram bus stand. To reach here you have to get down at St.Joseph church stop. This place is known for its teppakulam and renowned place for traditional shopping starting from home essentials to designer clothing. There are handful of my favourite shops here to hangout. One of the best place in Trichy .
Good to visit.

This has been recently painted (Dec 2021) and is well maintained as you see from the picture I have uploaded.

But this gate is mizzled within the busy market area so it is quite easy to miss.

Glad the authorities have stopped any vehicle movement from it. Evenings it looks nice.
