Old heritage stepwells for water collection . You will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the large sculptures and gates .

What a rip-off!
I've had enough of the Indian government thinking that outside India money grows on trees and that they can charge whatever they want to 'ferenghi' and this is a good example, I wish they would at least use the money cleaning these monuments because most of them are filthy!
200 INR per person to have the privilege of taking ONE PHOTO of this stepwell.
As it's all covered with a plastic roof you only have one view of it, from the steps, nice, but only one.
Save your money, the other stepwells in Bundi are as nice and they are FREE!!

At this moment it's not an good idea to visit it because the whole stepwell is filled with water . It's best to visit during spring .

Had the place to ourselves on our December, Saturday afternoon visit. Water was high so couldn't go down very far - but the main area is STUNNING... really gorgeous for photos!

200 rupee price for foreigners seems a tad high, we paid 350inr for the composite ticket (includes the nearby 84 pillar cenotaph & Rudyard Kipling site).

Further, the admission fee keeps the place clean. Unlike the other stepwells in Bundi, which are shockingly filthy - the Raniji Ki Baori grounds were well maintained.

A small step well right in the middle of Bundi city. The place lacks proper maintenance. It is dirty; full of bird droppings. The water in step well is stagnant and filthy.

The ticket (composite ticket) that gives access to two more places is ₹75 for Indians and ₹350 for foreigners. You can see the whole place in 10 minutes.

On Sunday afternoon we were the only tourist in there.

The place is iconic and must go and visit. The archeological department charges 50 rs to enter and see.
The place is beautiful but its not clean. The water in the area is accumulated and smelly. A lot of bats and pigeon poop.
.
But a must visit place.
