One of the historical landmarks of Dholpur - Ghantaghar also known as Nihal Tower was built by Maharaja of Dholpur.

Few metres ahead of Nihal Tower, located in the middle of the road, GEORGE V KING EMPORER JUBILEE HALL & Library is another historical building which can be added to the Sightseeing Attractions in Dholpur,

Following the road straight leads to another 2 sightseeing destinations, Abdal Shah Dargah, which is located on the peak of mountain and Machhkund, which was built by Maharaja of Dholpur.

Not much to be expected from Dholpur City, But the city holds the historical significance and is centrally located between 2 States Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, Both the States are at the distance of around 1 to 2 hours from Dholpur.

The tower is one of the major spots of attraction in the region of Dholpur. The notable Dholpur Military School is housed in Kesarbagh Palace, a magnificent mansion of the former ruler of the erstwhile Dholpur State. It is 10.5 kilometres away from Dholpur City and on Dholpur-Bari Road.

I visited this place last weekend, it is not as much hygienic as should be.

Dhaulpur development authority should have to work on this place and it's nearby.
